We had a terrible experience here today. My mother and I found a reclining love seat we were going to purchase. I sat in the chair and said yes let’s get it out loud. An employee named Jen then walked up to us when she saw this, And wrote Hold for Jen B on a tag and placed it on the chair while I was getting up from it and loudly expressing that we are purchasing it. I asked her oh no did someone just call for this we are going to get it? and she rudely said IM getting it and walked away. We spoke to the manager who seemed apologetic but still allowed the employee to get the chair instead of us. The behavior and rude approach was really unacceptable and nothing was done to make it right even after we called after we left. Other employees around when this happened even seemed shocked. A seasoned cashier had urged us to enroll in the app to receive our coupons, and we went back to shop with a $60 coupon. The same woman was there and she was not even slightly familiar with how to apply this coupon, even when we showed her the printout of it! We asked if she would call a senior manager for help (after 1 hour of confusion trying to change our password on the app), but she never did call one! She just gave up and walked away. Ended up putting half our merchandise back. The customer service is so rude and not trained at all. Ugh....
