Parking: Large parking lot.

Service: Staff was friendly and quick.

Atmosphere: The place is cute and great for casual hangouts.

Drinks: I can not speak for the food as I did not order any however I did order (3) bubble tea’s. I ordered (1) brown sugar milk, (1) thai-iced tea, and (1) original milk tea.

Brown Sugar Milk: In terms of flavor, the brown sugar milk wasn’t terrible. Possibly tasted “ok” since it wasn’t tea.

Thai-Iced Tea: The thai-iced tea was not good. The flavor tasted watered down and you can still taste the powder used. Do NOT get this confused with thai milk tea. Thai-Iced Tea is the more common/popular one that most people tend to think about.

Original Milk Tea: Similar to the Thai-Iced Tea, flavor was lacking and you could still taste the powder used.

The bubbles/boba: The bubbles/boba were disappointing across the board. The boba was lacking in flavor and the texture was on the harder side (not how boba is supposed to be).

Overall: I have been to many places that serve bubble tea and I can say with confidence that this place when it comes to the bubble tea is below average. I had high expectations based on the atmosphere and service but was let down. I would not come here if you’re solely looking for bubble tea (definitely does not do bubble tea justice). We live in the area and this place is our go to for bubble tea, fresh poke bowl and yummy ramen! A couple months ago we also had our baby shower here and the owner was very nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean and spacious which made our party for 30 people very comfortable. If we plan on hosting any other events in the future, we will definitely go here again. Taichi is truly the most incredible place to be! Not only is the boba delicious, but the service is exemplary. I feel so comfortable when i walk it and it is such an esthetic and quite place not only to catch up with people but to also just sit and study. My server was Teagan, and she has a radiantly positive attitude especially with all of my food restrictions. She really made me feel welcome and I will never forget this amazing costumer experience.
