Mattress Warehouse of Glen Mills — Local services in Concord Township

My wife and I spoke with a salesperson about getting a new bed. He used a machine that supposedly measures your back somehow and suggests a list of the best beds for your health. It seems to actually suggest the most expensive beds The bed he sold me and my wife is something that gives me worse insomnia and pain than I had with our old, worn-out mattress. I can never get comfortable and wake up in pain. I honestly wish that I had never visited the Mattress Warehouse. Our salesman, "Lance," used my status as a disabled senior citizen and the lateness of the hour to con me and my wife into a bed that now must be exchanged for something we can actually sleep on. I haven't slept a full night since taking delivery of this piece of junk.

Update: After being reassured about their 30-day exchange policy, it turns out that we could only exchange the mattress, not the motorized part that makes it adjustable. So now we're stuck.

All those sales signs for flat mattresses and we get talked into an adjustable bed. Classic "bait and switch." We'll see what happens next.

Needed to replace an old mattress and wasn’t quite sure where to start, a lot has changed since I last bought one. Called and made an appointment at the store, store was very clean, I was greeted by John S. who was very polite and helpful throughout the process. We started with what I was looking for and I also did the test bed which assesses your body and gives some suggestions based on what it thinks your body/sleep position needs. John walked me through the mattresses the test suggested and some similar ones he thought also might be good for me, he knows his stuff! After trying a few I settled on the one that best fit me. Delivery was fast and the mattress is great! My husband and I had a great experience at this store! Our salesperson, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We used the quick computer imaging technology that recommended a few different options. We spent a lot of time trying out mattresses and asking a million questions. Eric was patient and helpful. He seemed to know intuitively when to be available for questions and when to walk away so we could speak privately. It was obvious he was not just interested in making the sale. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us make the right choice for the right price. He was even gracious and helpful when we changed our minds two days later.
