Polish Lounge Nail Bar — Local services in Concord Township

I took my niece here to get our nails done and the nail techs were friendly but the service was not good. The polish was dripping and there was zero attention to detail. This isn't my usual nail salon and I only went here bc it was close to where my niece lives. I usually get dip mani but they don't offer that service here so I only got a pedi for myself. My 13 yo niece got regular polish mani and pedi. It was probably the worst mani and pedis I have ever seen done. I could've done a better job myself and I don't think I am good at painting nails. The tech even inadvertently used 2 different colors of pink polish on my pedicure so you can imagine how ridiculous my pedi looked. I just think for the price, I could've gotten better service somewhere else. Being friendly is great, but I also expect to have nicely painted nails after getting them "supposedly" professionally done. Editing my review after two more recent visits that were just ok. I understand that prices have gone up in nearly all aspects of beauty services. I don't mind paying more for excellent service. However, when comparing to years past, I have found the quality of work and experience to have fallen. Services felt rushed and upon closer look nails weren't as I hoped. Some staff felt unfriendly. The physical space used to look new, fresh and tidy. This time the bathroom appears to need a good scrub, and the waiting area couches are in poor condition. Some guests offered drinks, not others. Unfortunately the prices no longer match the value. The vibe here just isn't the same.

It's my first time here and the atmosphere here is beautiful! I love how cute this place is. Most importantly, it's very clean and their staff is very friendly! I came while their promotion was running, I got 10% off for "Checking In" on Facebook. I got my lashes done and their Pumpkin Spice Pedicure with gel polish on my toes. It's been 3 weeks and my polish still looks great, no chips, and still shiny! As for my lashes, they still look wonderful!
