I am embarrassed not only for this location, but for Chick-fil-A as a company. I am personally involved in the restaurant industry, and have on numerous occasions spoken in high regards for Chick_fil-A. I always mention to staff this type of behavior is completely unacceptable at Chick-fil-a, and will not be tolerated here either. I have been to tens of these restaurants up and down the entire East Coast, and I am totally appalled at the way the staff at this location treat there customers, and the restaurant. This is my second visit to this location, my first was a few months ago. The first time I went here I had almost the exact same type of experience. Employees goofing off, laughing and giggling with one another in front of customers, and not focusing on the core values of Chick-fil-A. Trash cans behind counter and in the dining room lobby were overflowing with trash. Bathrooms were not clean and tidy. They asked me if I'm dining in or taking out, and I replied, dine-in. They did not ask me if I wanted any sauces like they typically do. When my order was ready, they put my dine-in order in a to go bag. I asked why, and they replied back by saying we have no clean trays. I replied, why not? She replied, we are preparing to close. I replied, no you are not, it's only 8:30 p.m., and you do not close until 10:00 p.m.. I asked to speak with a manager, and they said she was on break. Imagine leaving a bunch of poorly trained, irresponsible teenagers in charge of a multi-million dollar business, INSANE!!!! NO, MY PLEASURE! I can NO longer speak well to my employees in regards to a company which I use to replicate in a similar manner to the operations in which I'm affiliated. I hope this is simply a misunderstand, but I do not believe this to be the case. I hope to hear back from the owners of this restaurant in the near future to discuss all of the specific details surrounding my awful experiences I endured at your location. Have a very...
Read moreWe visited on October 8th between 3:20 to 3:50 p.m. this place was extremely busy with drive-thru, dine in and take out. This post is mainly for the owner to address some of our observations during our stay. The girl who took our order was polite. She made a mistake on our order because she was focused on taking the cheese out of one sandwich. She forgot to give me kale crunch instead of waffle fries. All is forgiven. But the following observations require management's intervention. One worker hanged out near the lemonade dispenser for more than 15 minutes and did nothing much. The Asian long hair girl who delivered our meal to the table literally dumped the bag on my table rudely without saying a word. The manager looking lady asked a worker to stop looking at her phone in the restaurant area and go in to work. She stalled for at least five more minutes before she slowly reluctantly made a move. The bathroom was wet, in disarray and lacked supplies. There were at least three of those plastic stands left in the restaurant area sitting on empty tables. Maybe you were understaffed that day. Anyway, there's only one boy who was extremely hard working, cleaning tables and taking out trash. He's commendable. Every worker should learn from him. Today is October 11, the fact that I did not get any response from my reviews shows the management of this Chick-fil-A really has an issue - their business is too good for them to care whether their staff has proper training. I had never been to any other Chick-fil-A which has sub-par personalities like this...
Read moreGot there to eat dinner at 8:01. I always order through the app as it is easier, points, etc. We ordered it to eat in the dining room as we were getting the new chicken sandwich to try. Upon arriving, we were met with a lady kinda like storming around the dining room (realized later she was attempting to close the dining room) there was multiple groups of people still in the dining room; we began walking towards the backside to eat and she yelled from 2-3 feet away "THE BACK IS CLOSED!!!! REALLY THE WHOLE DINING ROOM IS CLOSED!" then proceeded to scream at her fellow employees that "YOU NEED TO TELL THESE PEOPLE ITS CLOSED" like it just became an awkward situation, neither of us really sure what to do after getting yelled at for being paying customers 59minutes before close. The app didn't say the dining room was to close at 8:00, nor was it to be seen anywhere by me or my boyfriend. After paying $37, it really just became an awful experience all around. We're 2 young adults we're not looking to stay until 9:30, all we wanted to do was eat and leave......Kinda crazy too because this lady was older, seemingly in a leader role? Very confused. As I'm sitting out in the parking lot, eating on the curb, I see as well that my sandwich is incorrect, and I recieved tenders after ordering nuggets. Again, ordered online, no sort of speech misinterpretation. Thank you chick fil a $37 regretted. I'm really sorry I walked into the dining room an hour before close, not even sure I'd get this bad of treatment...
