Sleep Number — Hotel in Chadds Ford Township

Do not waste your money on sleep number beds. It is a joke. The bed makes adjusting noises for no reason. The base light blinks on and off. My heating does not work on one side. The other side shuts off for no reason.Tried to adjust both sides and it made the noise but the numbers stayed the same. Responsive air does not work as well. I was not told all information from Pam when I was there. Just don't waste your money on basically a ''fancy blow up mattress''. I told them about this all 5 days after I got the bed, I have had people come to my house and nothing has changed. Still have to pay money for the bed to be picked up and I am now stuck with a base that does not work. The advertising is a scam to get you in the door. Terrible Investment. It’s all about money and how much they can make. These people had my history right in front of them, saw clearly that I was on a C2 for nearly 12 years without a problem. They don’t care a bit about you. Sell you the highest cost bed. That’s the training. Bed I have I couldn’t sleep on. Unfortunately, No lower priced beds in the store that day to try. I was just over 100 days and now I’m stuck with it. Others are right. It’s just a Glorified Air Bed. You have to know what you want, but be careful. Those beds are built differently these days. If you’re not sure what you’re doing get yourself a conventional bed mattress that conforms to your needs....

I bought a mattress, in a week had to have it replaced was leaking. It was replaced for free. 4 years later I had problems again with the mattress, again leaking. This time I had to pay almost $400 for a new mattress. 2 years after that leaking mattress again this time they wanted almost $500.00 to replace. When I first bought the mattress it said a 25-year warranty. After purchasing it was a 15 year limited warranty. Salesperson never said anything about a limited warranty.
