A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Concord

Went there last night a little after 9 pm and ordered 2 root beer floats. The lady on the speaker said “first window” we pulled up to the first window but it looked like the window hadn’t been used in used since it was being used for storage. We obviously pulled up to the second window and the lady yelled at us and said “I said the first window” very rudely. Confused my husband backed up and we waited by the “first window” only to be called a few mins later to the second window. The only thing I can think of is that they are on a timer from the moment a customer orders to the min the food is delivered. They are obviously super slow and are not as fast as they portray to be to the management team. We also has similar instances when we would order or food and were told to pull up past the restaurant and our food will get delivered to us. The last time that happen to us, our food was delivered 10 mins later so obviously it takes them a long time to make and deliver food but I’m sure on their timer it shows super fast service. After last nights interaction with the worker, we don’t plan on going back. Not only was she rude to us and didn’t provide any type of decent customer service but our root beer floats didn’t...

I did not like anything. I frequent this business multiple times per week, but not anymore. Their service and food quality has gone way down in the last few weeks. Chicken is barely chicken as its all the breading and maybe 1/8inch of chicken inside, they are very hard and of an order of 3 maybe 1 is edible. Last time i went in i was waiting at front counter for several minutes with employees looking at me but no greeting or any acknowledgement. I told them i was leaving to go to Taco Bell since they didnt appear to want to acknowledge customers. Late night through A&W Drive through. Got The best tasting root beer, two piece, two juicy chicken thighs. One original and one crispy with a soft Biscuit. Got a really tasty chicken pot pie. They had a little trouble remembering what we ordered, so we reapeted it. 5 cars ahead of us, but it wasn't two long. They gave us everything in a bag but no butter or honey🙁. Went home...
