I went in with my husband and son(who is 1) we waited to be sat. When we where sat we didn’t get a booster seat or a high chair for him and we waited 15 min to see a server who walked past us numerous times. My son who is very adventurous Walked to the table of army men next to us to say hi when I grabbed him back my husband decided at this point he had to go get the high chair himself. While waiting for him our server comes over and rudely say can you get him off the table and I apologized and said yes my husband had to go get a seat for him because we where not sat with one. She scoffed and said well you can’t put that here there isn’t enough room! Then why where we sat there in the first place. The she sighed and said do you know what your drinking like we where a nuisance. I’m not sure if it was because we where an interracial couple or she just didn’t want us in her section but we respectfully left. I have never eaten there before or at Bob Evans to be honest and has she taken the time to Noah she would’ve known that we are military veterans and we have been in the restaurant business for years now as I am currently a restaurant manager. The utter disrespect that we got and the carelessness we got from the moment we walked in till the time we left it’s just deplorable and unfortunately seeing I’ve never had Bob Evans I’m pretty sure I never will now because of the first time...
Read moreThis is the filthiest Bob Evans I've ever been to. The coffee cups are sticky and have bits of gunk stuck to them. The silverware always has bits of food still on it. I thought this place would be better since the last time I dined here but it's the same. At my previous visit, I brought up that my coffee cup was dirty and had bits of grit stuck all over it and the server said they must have not changed the dishwater. How dirty does the dishwater have to get before its changed? It must not have been changed since they opened in the morning because everything at our table was dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor on the way out. We asked for a couple of substitutions due to a food intolerance. They said they could do it this time but not next time as they are "cracking down" on substitutions. What needs to be cracked down on? Food should be 100% customizable within reason. We just asked for a simple protein switch. Most of the food was pretty decent but our hashbrowns were burned and tasted like old grease. Our French toast was missing a small component but we just wanted to be done with our meal and go on about our day. At this time, I wouldn't recommend this location. It used to be our favorite but it looks like they need to...
Read moreFood look great but tasted horrible. Everything was plain. My buttermilk pancakes had no flavor, they were flat and hard. My eggs were runny and covered with cheese not scrambled w/cheese how i asked, hash browns nit done. The bacon & orange juice is only thing i like and i forced myself to eat pancakes.
Guest who came with me ordered chicken, potatoes and greenbeans and biscuits. Only thing they ate was biscuits. How you make food look good but taste nasty.
They brung my coffee and ice water inside dirty cups. I sent it back and the couple behind us kept coughing and sneezing which made it even more unpleasant. The server was nice, place real clean, food looked appetizing but it tasted extremely bland and flavor less. We complained, they took off the 2 adult meals and only charged us for the kids meals. The Bill came out to be $29 for a teddie bear and kid meal but we left a $20 tip for the waiter because she was helpful. My final bill was $49. she wiped down and dried the kids booster seat for us which other restaurants never did so i give them 2 stars for the waiter and 1 star for the presentation of the food.
They had really great coffee and tasty...
