I wish I could give this review 0 stars. This incident took place today, 12/5/2024 at 2pm. I waited behind the lady in front of me for a while and I could see she wasn't talking to the intercom. It was then my turn and after 3 mins of complete silence and me asking if anybody was there, I assumed three intercom was broke.
I pulled up to the window and asked if I could have 12 donuts(assorted). I explained that I thought it was broke bc no one addressed me at all.
This unattractive black lady in her early 40s, i assume, responded by saying "I was dealing with a customer and I can't do two things at once." She asked me to pull all the way around and go through the line again with an attitude in her tone.
At this point I was baffled why she wouldn't do anything to help or accommodate her acute ability to do her job. I am an understanding person and this is my honest perception of this story.
I told her that I thought it was broken again and no one told me they would be right with me. She got really irritated, closed the window, then opened it again with a huge attitude that really offended me. So I told her with this kind of customer service she is the cause of business loss, and I just left.
I thought I might be able to deal with someone else so I pull into the parking lot, only to find out that it is closed. I was beyond upset then because here are the facts: *I was waiting at the intercom, I pulled up before the lady un front of me got to the window, she could have addressed me then yet, didn't. *She wasn't using her headset when the lady in front of me was at her window, she didn't address me then. *She could have taken my order at the window yet, she didn't. *She gave me a huge attitude for her own lack of ability to carry out the duties of her job. She can't multi-task and she's rude. Even if they were low staffed and she was doing a lot that I didn't see, it doesn't take much to let someone know they are recognized at...
Read moreDon't order online. Such a waste of time. I specifically ordered online to avoid the line that constantly wraps around the building because this location refuses to open their lobby. When I placedy order it states based on state laws if the lobby isn't open follow directions at the store. Well there is nothing that tells you to wait in a long line even though you have already ordered online. Just a sign that says drive through only, nothing about online ordering, why would I think that I would have to wait in line to pick up an order they have sitting on a table near the front door? So once I was able to ask the person in the drive thru window she tells me I have to get in line and wait 15 min for an order that is done. Once I got to the window the blonde lady that was working the window tells me a total for someone else's order, I said I have an online order. She replied with an attitude and asked why I didn't tell them that at the order screen. I said I have already ordered that's why I didn't order at the screen. She rudley said "whats the name?" while rolling her eyes like a teenager walked away after slamming the window. The entire time she was helping me three people stood in the drive thru window doing nothing. Why don't one of those people stand at the door for pick up orders? What a waste of time the online ordering was. They have an option for delivery, I'm guessing the delivery driver would have to wait in line and order again the way I had to? Totally inefficient and rude customer service. I know that Krispy Kreme ultimately doesn't care about this review so this is purely to warn anyone that thinks online ordering will save you a long wait. It won't and it apparently gets you and extra side of attitude when you don't order your order again after waiting in...
Read moreI like leaving reviews. Normally I always leave a 5 star review because I don't like leaving bad reviews. This place did not deserve even a one star.
I wanted to show my kids this neat Krispy Kreme donut shop that I used to go to a lot. You can see how the donuts are made and I think it's cool.
The door was locked. That was a bummer because I wanted to show them the inside but we decided to go to the drive-thru. We pulled up at the drive-thru (no one else in it). The lady came on and asked what I wanted to order. I told her three different things and then asked her a question and she didn't respond. So I waited a few minutes and I was like hello? No one answered me for a few minutes so I pulled up to the window (no cars at the window). A middle aged lady (looked to be a manager or something) was the first to notice me there after a minute. She gave me a rude look with an attitude and then finally came to the window. She said hatefully what do you want. I told her that I was in the middle of placing my order and then no one was there so I thought they were having issues with the drive-thru. Then a younger lady came by with a head set. The middle aged lady asked her if she was taking my order and she said no. I told them that someone was taking my order. Then the headset lady rudely asked, what do you want? So I told her a specific donut and she was very rude and hateful and stated that they didn't have any of those donuts. I just drove off. I will never go to this place again. You need to hire new people that aren't so rude...
