Culver’s — Restaurant in Concord

I love Culver's and had a great experience a week ago having a walleye sandwich and onion rings. It was sheer bliss. Walleye is my favorite fish dish. However my recent visit last night was less than stellar. The drive thru was winding around the building when I arrived. I needed to get dinner as I had been at the ER with my partner all afternoon and I was starving. I ordered the walleye dinner with extra side of onion rings. Order was done fairly quickly and delivered to my car cheerfully. Service was great. I got home and found they had not included the onion rings. I called the store to report the shortage, and person I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. Then upon opening the container, the smell of the grease the fries and fish were cooked in was really strong.( This was not the case the week before when having the walleye sandwich and onion rings, they were really fresh tasting and I could even taste the "water fresh" taste of the fish ) So in comparison, the meal was not great. I ate some, but ended up tossing the rest. I then got on line to report the problem. I have heard back from management and they will make it right. It wouldn't be so bad, but I paid $30 for this dinner and a chocolate malt. I have seldom ever had bad food from Culver's. It is a go to place for me for yummy burgers and dinners as well. Visited on August 14th at 11:55 a.m. we go to this location often and I have to say this is the worst service we've ever had. Walked in and there were two girls taking orders never did they say can I help you or hello. The girl with fire engine red hair acted like she was not happy to be there. I said hello how are you and nothing. So I gave her my order and she was confused on how to do something so she turns around and whispers, devin, Devin. I thought about saying hey Devin she needs help. The food took a little bit to get to me which was not a problem because it was during lunch hour. When the kid brought me the food I asked him if I could have a small cup to get some water for my grandbaby. He didn't say anything and turned around and walked away. Then when I get up to leave I was carrying a diaper bag and a baby and trying to get my tray to throw away the trash and a worker coming towards me just walked right in front of me and didn't even offer to take the tray. This is the rudest service I've ever had at this location and not sure I plan on going back if this is the service they're going to give. Looking at the reviews, it seems like this is the norm now. The food was okay however when I got my ice cream with whipped cream, the whipped cream was basically liquid. I hope management really takes these reviews seriously and get some employees that would like to work and give...

Update 10-27-25- This location is definitely slipping a bit. I've gone once last week and once this week and both times the burgers were cold. They don't seem like they ever were hot because the cheese was just placed there, cold, not melted or anything. The burgers tend to be thrown togrther sloppy too. Last week I had the wrong drink and this week my concrete was a good two inches below the top of the cup. This is not the closest location to me but I have a Steak n Shake down the street which is rated high so I tried it and it was decidedly better. I'll be going there and hoping this location shapes back up soon. Previous review- I generally like this location but the food does tend to be better during the day than in the evening. I have noticed that on more than one occasion. I don't know if it's because it's adults working during the day and younger people working at night or what. I went tonight just to get a concrete, and the concrete was about an inch and a half from the top of the cup-so quite a bit of space left on top and the mix-ins were pretty scant. I've gotten this same concrete several times at lunch time and it's always nice and full and plenty of whatever's been mixed in. I enjoy this restaurant better during the day at lunch time or...
