Tried this place twice. First time I go in and get the most rude person I've ever dealt with. I literally debated on leaving with half my hair cut. She must have had a bad day, she was tossing combs around, slamming drawers, banging her clippers on the counter when they would act up etc. She asks me if I want the back rounded or square. I asked her if there was a difference or if it was just a style thing and she gets mad at me for asking then answers with something like "it's just a preference, just pick one." I told my wife I wouldn't go back, until my barber moved and I was looking for a new place to go. After being in a bind and looking too shaggy, my wife convinces me to try again. We go in and the lady from last time isn't there. Thank god. One of the girls say in a cheerful tone, "Hi!". We say hi back and grab a seat. Theres a 17 min wait on the board but no names punched in. I see a little thing that looks like a credit card machine, and stand up to look at it thinking maybe I need to check myself in, but when I get to it, it says something about checking out, so I chalk it up as a credit card machine. We sit down for a few min and another guy walks in. She greets him and tells him to check in on the kiosk. That puts me about 25 mins back if they take me after him. She greeted us, so I get hopeful that she'll cut me first. The guy knew I was there before him as well, so she shouldn't have a problem with him either. 2 more guys walk in and she tells them both to check in at the kiosk. Neat. Guy gets done that was there before me, and she calls the next guy. 3 guys ahead of me puts me nearly past an hour before my haircut according to their screen. I called it a day and walked out. After two tries, I'm not worried about coming back. I'm sure one customer won't hurt...

Besides the easy check-in service.Sport-Clips is the idea place if you don't want to wait for Grandma to get done with her perm " Still love you Grandma" Sports-clips is exactly what it says it is. Meaning they incorporate a Sports theme very well and more than any other time in history. We all need alittle sports to get our minds off of things.
Besides all that the real reason I wrote this review was the most important thing to me in a business is CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE and let me tell you Toni! Let me say her name again Toni has it down to a tee. It all started with her finishing up with a customer and I heard him finishing up his conversation and I could tell that he was talking about his life and his focus on getting through this covid nightmare and hoping for the best and Toni was being sincere with her interaction with him and I could tell she actually cared. And in today's time we need that more than ever. Sometimes people just want you to hear them acknowledge their existence and Toni did just that. She also did the same for me eventhough I think I lost her with I think I can Dance like MICHAEL JACKSON line...lol Moral of the story if you need your haircut And you want someone to do a great job be professional and actually care go see Toni today...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is about my latest experiance at the 4037 Union Road St. Louis, Missouri 63129 location. I came in today to get a double MVP. After signing in, there wer two folks ahead of me, an elderly gentleman and another younger fellow. I felt there was a problem to begin with when the stylest at the first station on the left as you enter the work area, kept looking around the corner. I have a hard time believeing it takes over 30 mintues to do a cut. That's not the main issue but should be concern to you. The problem is this. The young lady I suppose who was in charge, left after I arrived 10 minutes earlier to go to the bank. She returned about 20 minutes or so later. During her absence, the stylist finished with the elderly gentleman he paid his bill, he left then she disappeared. In the meantime, the other stylist, a young blond haired lady, finished her cutting. I should have been next. What happened was another gentleman came in, registered, and was almost immediately taken for his cut bypassing me all together. The stylist I first mentioned ( first station on left) was still working on the gentlemen she had since before I came in. The young lady who had left earlier returned after going to the bank. I asked her if she knew how long she had been gone. She replied, about 15 minutes. I told her it was was more like 30 minutes. I then told her I didn't appreciate being bypassed after waiting for as long as I did. She offered at that point to cut my hair only after they were confronted with this. I said no, I left and went elsewhere. I generally go to this location to get an MVP cut. After this, I'll have to seriously...
