One star, since there is no option to give zero star, this is with regards to the PATHETIC SELF CHECKOUT that we have to go through, shifting huge things out of cart and forced to place on that despicably small unit, learn from your competitors and place another cart instead, this year is probably the last year with this place, And adding second one for Naan pack getting mold within 5 days and much before the sell by date on pack Keeps getting worse and worse Adding another most irritating and annoying entry scan of card and if a immediate family member is using the card with more than 2 older children, what is the solution YOU CAN'T EXPECT TO ACCOMPANY THEM ALL THE TIME IF WE STAY TOGETHER I SAME HOUSE, WHOM ARE WE SHOPPING FOR COSTCO? ridiculous and utter waste, I am just waiting for thise period to get done will be off this USELESS W/S

I bought bread and when I got it home I noticed that the bag had a hole in it with a pinch of bread taken out. So when I shopped again I had snapped a picture and was told that they would refund my money and I would have to go back through the excessively long check out line to purchase another loaf. When I told the customer service person that was a bit inconvenient to the customer, she rolled her eyes at me and said that is our policy. I told her to keep the money as a donation to a pool for hiring a better caliber of customer service reps. I won't be buying bread here again and probably won't renew my membership again. My policy....customer service matters.

The fight between Sam’s over Costco or vice versa will continue to happen. Each of them have their strengths and I have shopped at both multiple times depending on what I was needing. The pizza at Costco though certainly wins more points when it comes to the cheese used. Quality and quantity both. The prices have remained the same for years together and so has the quality. One slice of pizza is enough as a whole meal. Add meat to it and I bet you will remain satiated for hours together. Whether you shop at Costco or Sam’s make sure you grab yourself a slice. 710 calories per slice, but hey no regrets!

I wish I could give 2 1/2 stars….. I cringe at the thought of having to speak with workers here. The checkout workers are insanely rude and overtly rushing you constantly. If you’re new, they don’t help much, but they will treat you like you’re incompetent. Floor workers are pretty kind, but I’ve had a solid 4 bad interactions with checkout now.

One woman was trying to help me and I misunderstood what she was saying. She was mumbling and just tossing my items around and scanning them. I’m particular with where I put things, so I can keep order, and she’s just tossing things around. Then she got annoyed with me asking what she was doing and I explained to her I had never had it happen before. I started taking the items out to set them aside and she started griping about me doing that. Admittedly I gave her a bit of a look and she went on her way. I thanked her and told her I had it from there. This is nothing new and seems to be a pretty consistent experience there. Other shoppers are incredibly inconsiderate too, but this isn’t about them.

The selection is nice. I wish there were more familiar brands but honestly Kirkland makes really quality stuff. Value is great, but there are some things that just aren’t worth it. Some items you would be better off going somewhere else. The meat department is by far the shining star in my opinion.

I DO NOT like how difficult it is to shop online and look for items in store. It would honestly be more simple to just get paper ads in the mail.

All in all I do like Costco but I’ll probably let membership expire and stick with Sam’s Club. That, or I’ll drive a little further north. I can say I wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend this...

I have to admit, I’m not a huge fan of shopping at Costco. The experience is often more stressful than it’s worth. The store is always packed with people, many of whom seem oblivious to their surroundings, making it difficult to navigate through the aisles without feeling frustrated. The hectic atmosphere really takes away from what should be a straightforward shopping trip.

Another downside for me is the limited selection of brands. Costco carries a lot of products, but they often don’t have the specific brands I prefer. This means I end up having to make additional trips to other stores to find what I really want, which defeats the purpose of shopping in bulk.

On a more positive note, the cashiers are usually quite friendly and efficient. They help make the checkout process smooth, which is a small relief after dealing with the chaos in the store. However, the experience at the exit is less pleasant. The employees who check your receipt at the door give off a vibe that feels more like they’re policing you rather than just doing their job. It’s not a welcoming end to an already overwhelming shopping trip.

At this point, the only truly great thing about Costco is the cheap rotisserie chicken. It’s consistently delicious and priced well, making it one of the few reasons I still find myself coming back.

Overall, while Costco might work for some, the crowds, limited brand options, and intense atmosphere make it far from an enjoyable place to...

This Costco literally had an employee Kelly harassing me at the gas station because according to her i was not moving fast enough i guess. She then proceeded to mock me with her coworker Collin while im standing right there. Then accused me of sharing membership at the pump when I owned both cars I was filling up and paid for all the gas on my own debit card. She was not even working Kelly and Collin where just standing around talking to each other. They never went and checked on any other customers but proceeded to watch me the entire time. Then collect my receipts from the pump as a attempt to try to get my membership cancelled based off there assumption vs actually asking me any questions. The insult to injury was the continued mocking right in my face by her and her coworker while I am pumping gas. I believe she only did this because of my skin color because she never asked any other customers did they need help like she asked me soon as i started to step out the vehicle. She never moved from the area they were talking in and her and her little friend just kept on with the comments and mocking. Told me I needed to hurry up and pump my gas because people are waiting. Yet said nothing to other customers including the car in front of me that never moved the entire time i was at the pump. So you rushing me when the car in front of me is not done...
