Incredibly overpriced for what you get. Some items we very tasty like the sesame balls and pork buns. Other items should be taken off the menu. The fried shrimp dish used bait-sized tiny shrimp and a inedible batter. For $14 it was a rip-off. I quietly went up to the counter to explain that we each tried one and we could not eat it. The owner/manager (?) insisted on coming our table and arguing loudly that there was shrimp in every bite. I had to show her by mashing up 3 of them that the amount of shrimp in each one was smaller than the tip of my pinkie finger.
The TanTan noodles were fresh but nearly flavorless. The crab and pork soup dumplings had no crab that I could taste and were rather greasy. Again, super over-priced at $15. The Mango/Sago/Pomello drink was $9. Yikes. Lastly, everyone around heard her raise her voice and speak very sharply to a waiter who almost put a Coke down on the wrong customer table. The wait staff was kind so I'm not sure why she has to speak that way to them. We won't be back. Such a shame because we need more high quality dim sum...

I ordered 4 dishes:
🔹️1. Chinese Beef Roll. It costs $12.95. It was OK; I like Beef- soft and good seasoning. There was so much cilantro (it is better to add less than it). 🔹️2. Pan Fried Juicy Pork. It costs $14.95. Delicious dish, definitely to order again. The dough is soft and crispy. The beef is on a top level. 🔹️3. Chicken Soup Dumplings. It costs $10.95. The soup was rich and tasty in it. Enough chicken. 🔹️4. Pork Beef Stickers. It costs $10.95. I like the tiny dough and crispy crust. Order again shortly.
🍴These dishes weren't fat. I noticed a bad tendency in the Bay area to cook Chinese food with a huge portion of oil. I was surprised at how this restaurant makes all its food with the required oil content.
It was takeout, and they prepared food very well. Good containers, microwave safe.
Thank you, and I highly recommend...
Read moreLove this place, their food, and the staff but needs more tweaks to get "there".
The Good: Excellent food; flavorful, well-prepared with good selection. The staff are friendly and attentive.
The Not-so-good: Ambiance and interior set-up need improvements. The waiting area is non-existent and gets crowded. Parking is cramped. The facade of the resto is not noticeable from the streets. I thought it was a takeout place from outside. Prices, while worth it for the food, are a little high for the overall experience.
I still highly recommend this place, and I hope they can get their acts together soon. The food and the staff make it worth the visit. A good addition to the thriving food...
