I didnāt know which door to enter as they are locked with no signs. A customer had to tell me which door and another coming out held it opened for me. I asked the security guard where was the entrance (first timer at this location) and he got sarcastic and replied āthrough that doorā I told him it was locked. He said he unlocked. (Obviously untrue and shows me he was not paying enough attention to buzz me in) Ok, whatevs!
You grab your own item off the shelf at this location which is pretty cool but I noticed they did not have the item that I wanted.
A worker (likely a female of Caucasian decent) told me what ever is on the shelf is what they have available so I expressed that I verified online before making the 45 min drive which apparently triggered her because she seemed to have an entire declaration of statement and kept going on about their website issues, inventory updates being delayed, and that I should have called instead etc then walked away to assist a customer checking out.
The other worker (likely male of Caucasian decent) bumped into me as I was making my way to the cash register and proceeded to ring up the customer who was in line behind me.
As Iām still waiting my turn in clear plain view of the both workers, Iām analyzing the product box as I noticed it was child-proof and accidentally ripped a part of the box.
The female worker asked me for my name (standard practice, understandable.) I advised I would give her my DL with respect of discretion. She got impatient telling me all she needed was a name. I insisted on providing DL. She mentioned I could provide an alias name and I politely declined as I knew it would be my first and last time here.
She scanned the box then abruptly got upset when she noticed the box was torn, telling me that I shouldnāt have opened the box, I attempted to apologize, she stated I should have known that since this is a cannabis dispensary. TO...

From a customer's perspective their layout leaves you hella confused. First of all it's an open layout concept which would be fine if they had their products organized by categories and had clear identifiers for customers to easily see and go directly to what their interests are, but of course they don't so it leaves you confused on where to look .
They also don't have any pricing anywhere which is extremely frustrating if you have a budget to work within.
Everytime I go I have to ask where the cheapest priced flower is and you're supposed to trust that the associate you're speaking to is knowledgeable. They could easily be telling me misinformation which humans naturally do commonly and if there were pricing labeled in the first place, I can avoid misinformation and also enable the associates to invest their time into more important tasks than answering price questions.
Also, they showcase flower in the line waiting area where you have pricing labeled but no flower next to it so you have no idea what flower this price is connected to or if that product is even still on the menu or not because this little showcase area looks deserted or divested from. They cared about what all of their customers wanted, not just the ones who want the THC. I am very disappointed in this place. They stock up and keep in stock all the THC vapes as well as bud but I have been trying to get chocolate edibles as well as the white flora CBD/THC vapes for 9 months and they have not gotten any of that in stock and they wont. It appears that all they care about is their customers who want THC and not so much us customers who want a variety of CBD edibles and CBD vapes. I have been very disappointed in this place the last 8 months. I dont understand why they dont stock up on items that sell out fast. The chocolate edibles and the white flora sold out fast so why not get them for us customers who enjoy CBD with a little THC like the white flora 2/1? I guess iām going to have to go elsewhere if they wont take care of ALL their customers.
