I purchased a jar of organic chyawanprash and when I opened it it the contents were all over the outside of the jar and very dry I could not even get a spoon to penetrate the contents . My intuition told me this is not good to consume so I took it back with receipt in hand $8.99 . I proceeded to ask for either a refund or exchange and the cashier called the owner (I was denied )as he also pointed to the sign on counter no refunds ! I can understand if a product not damaged but if product is spoiled or unusable this policy should not apply ! I therefore stated if I cannot exchange or get a refund I would no longer give my business to their store ! Store is not at all organized. They don’t have fresh and organic produce. Sometimes they have organic products and sometimes then don’t have . You can’t fully rely on this store. Also look out for the expiry dates bcz while in hurry you might miss it and end up buying expired stuff. Staff is nice.
