One of the freshest places to go for a sandwich. Most chain sandwich stores just slap the ingredients on and say they're a sandwich shop. The food was very good.
UPDATE 9-18-2025: I've been going to this Jersey Mike's location for 2yrs now. My experience was very good as you see on my original review. The major problem is the service. There is a female worker there who acts in a non professional manner. She (younger female with red curly hair sometimes) started working there earlier this year. When I was making my order, I told her the first order and then walked away from. I then told her I had another order which was a cheesesteak. Then then went in the back where the cook was and started laughing at my order. She should know me by now because I mainly order the same thing. I get that Jersey Mike's has a number system. Me being from Philadelphia originally, I'm used to ordering cheesesteaks a certain way. Also ordering an Italian hoagie a certain way. If I'm telling you want I want on it, don't give me an attitude or disrespect me! I explained to her that I was used to ordering cheesesteaks a certain way. She had a minor dispute with another customer a week prior about an order and she was disrespectful to that customer.
What angered me the most was when I walked out the store, my fiancee who was waiting in my vehicle saw her saying something and everyone in the store was looking at me as I got in my vehicle. I was never rude or said anything offensive.
Jersey Mike's need to have managers on site that are adults to monitor workers with their customer service skills. They are young and need proper guidance.
I want you to know I used a lot of restraint from creating a scene.
Sorry to say I will not be attending this location anymore. I will go to a Jersey Mike's that way farther from...
Read moreIf you want to get a sub quick, this is not the Jersey Mike’s to go to. On numerous occasions I have had to wait over 30 minutes for my orders. Typically, I just get two Giant subs, nothing weird about them. Tonight, I had to wait 42 minutes for my subs after putting my order in online. They seemed to be having some technical problems with their card reader, which i understand, however my order was put in long before those issues arose. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the store, I asked the cashier how much longer. She said it would only be a few more minutes. Meanwhile, tons of other people are walking in with online orders and getting their food before I got mine. After another 10 minutes, I went to ask again and was prepared to just ask for a refund if it wouldn’t be ready. One of the girls working said did offer me a free drink to apologize for the wait, which I appreciate, but I just wanted my food at that point. I was assured the sub I was waiting on would be right out. It did come out pretty quickly after that and when I told the girl who handed me my bag “thank you,” she gave me a snotty look and didn’t say anything back. I understand being busy, but 42 minutes for two subs?? You’re honestly better off going to the Jersey Mike’s on Kannapolis Pkwy or Jimmie John’s. You’ll spend just as much time driving there as you would waiting...
Read moreFirst time here. Saw advertisements about today was their day of giving where 100 % of proceeds go to charities so I decided to have dinner there.
All the giant subs were priced between $16-18 dollars. A little pricey for my wallet but today was a good cause and I do know they support veterans causes with Wreaths Across America so I stuck around.
Service was great, even though they also forgot the bacon that was listed as an ingredient and why I chose the sandwich to start with.
There was a line inside and everyone got thru quickly. I saw about 10 employees behind the counter and in the back. Nobody was on their phones or being lazy. You could see everyone working busily and as a team. Great job so I made sure to add a tip too.
The sandwich was huge and I appreciated that it was cut into 4 sections so I had half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day.
Pricing is a little higher for what I can afford myself but service was great and food tasty. Also liked the hot spicy dill pickle chips, never saw those before.
They must have wanted to keep the dining room clean so the air was turned up super high. I was the only one who stayed in to dine I was in shorts and tshirt, it didn't bother me but I could tell there was a bite in the air. Maybe why the workers...
