McDonald's — Restaurant in Concord

I usually don’t have a problem preordering and picking up, but this particular McDonald’s was particularly rude and was having a hard time picking up my order.

I order near by on my phone, and send it in. I went to the window that said to pick up my order, and they sent me to the cashier. I showed them my number and the cashier said,” I can’t find your order.”

She was all confused, and non caring, said to call the number, and just re typed in my order and asked me to pay. I didn’t want to pay again because the app had a discount I payed and applied to. She repeatedly said, “I don’t know what to do for you” Even though I had proof I ordered from the exact store for nuggets, soda, and fries

I then had to call the number, and I had to find the reciept in the email I barely used.

By that time I finished, they finally...

Worst experience of my life.....waited 10 minutes for our order, most of our food was cold... cooks didn't have hair nets...I can go on and on. Cashier didn't seem to care that he was working and ask him a couple questions can't really understand them he got my order incorrectly I ended up just taking it because I got super frustrated. Upon me waiting for my food to get completed I noticed that they they passed my number and people that ordered after me receive my food which delayed everything they also already cooked some of my food items and I overheard the expediter say Hey where's this at? And the cook said I already made it what happened ... like I said I can go on and on. But you go to McDonald's for a convenient quick pick up a food not to wait and have horrible service and have some food cold (McDonalds...

This is the one inside the mall. First approach inside of the store you see a lot of trash on the floor. No one is actively cleaning up and it's quite dirty all around. When I approached to start my order, the cashier looked miserable; she definitely did not want to be there. She was nice though, and didn't rush me. Fries seemed a bit old... And limp with oil. The burger - big Mac didn't have enough sauce or lettuce and my buns were over cooked. Other than that, they were quick despite...
