I ordered a meal for my family on Easter and it was supposed to show up on Friday before Easter it did not. I sent them a few emails about this and finally got a response from their customer service department saying that there was an error in their system and that they would send the meal out on Saturday or possibly Sunday. Before I got this email, I had made other plans but decided to cancel them since they assured me that the meal would in fact be sent out. It is now past noon on Sunday, I reach out again asking for tracking information on the order they assured me that I would get and they respond with an email saying they are sorry but that the order would not be delivered. They didn't give me any warning they just didn't send it out while I was waiting. Now we are scrambling trying to come up with something else to eat for dinner on Easter. This could not have been a worse experience. They assured me they would come through until the very last second and didn't even notify me there was a problem. I noticed that they charged me twice for a side dish so I went back in to get my refund and the cashier asked for assistance from I’m assuming a manager And instead of just giving me my refund, she went on to tell me that this was an online order and that I did it incorrectly and ordered two side dishes. So instead of just giving me my refund instead she found it necessary to place the blame. Now I’m looking at my online order and I only ordered one side dish and one ham I guess I could’ve pulled out my online order on my phone, but I thought how stupid just give me my refund so I can get out of here. Read moreGreat staff!!! However... 2nd year in a row where there was no honey glaze on the ham. From last years experience, I asked to see the ham before purchasing. They said nope. Brought this years ham to family dinner and again quite disappointed. Pretty much burnt on the outside... I attached picture.
What I found out was they switched the vendors who cooked them, and it's been a common complaint.
I'll check next time to see if went back to the previous vendor as they were spot on.
My family from the East Coast came out and they wouldn't eat it.. and they got 2 to 3 a year for the past 25 years.
We will probably go with costco next year unless they get their cooking process back to the previous way, and we get to see what we're paying for.
