So, we just ordered from here last night. AND, for the 3rd time the pizzas were wrong. AND, they did NOT upgrade one of the 6.99 mediums to a large. First off the kid that helped me? Said he didn't know anything about that promotion, that he doesn't watch TV, when I told him about the ad, which I'm willing to bet my legs he led about. 2, I've been a GM for Domino's for the largest Domino's Franchisee in the country, and as GM's we are required to make sure ALL our employees are aware of any ongoing promotions. Next the Shift lead, we spoke with was overwhelmed with incoming orders, yet the excessive number of insiders really did nothing to help her. As she was dealing with us, and still had orders to prepare. 3. There was an older lady that came from the back, that didn't even try to intervene and help is, yet when my gf called back to tell them they messed up our order, said she was just finding out from HER EMPLOYEES, what happened. IF she is an A M., and waited till she was prompted to come out of the office? Why? And IF she is an A.M. and sat in the office while her shift lead struggled on the make line? Why? And IF she's an A M., sat in the office, her shift lead struggling, and didn't even delegate to another insider, or driver or help her? WHY? I'm going to that location to speak with the actual GM this morning, and I'll deal with the improper pizzas at that time, BUT the lack of supervision, help, delegation, or even caring, by the A M., we'll if I was their GM. I'd terminate immediately. That kind of slack management isn't a one time thing. If someone from their parent franchise reads this? You need to reorganize the couple stores we've gotten pizzas from, starting with this one. I've NEVER seen so many insiders, and drivers just standing around. Your labor must be insane. And I'll guess food cost is pretty high also, cause lazy employees like to eat free. Read moreI have lived all over the states thanks to 40 years as a military family and Ive ordered pizza from hundreds of locations and chains and I have got to say this Dominos is above and beyond the best pizza I have ever had. Its always perfect every single time. They always get our orders spot on. And the staff that works here are so unbelievably friendly. The establishment itself is very clean and quiet. I used to be a Pizza Hut fan but this particular Domino's location won my business fair and square. If you havent tried it yet, use the app. Those free pizzas add up! I have two teenagers in the house who always have friends over and our go to for sleepover nights is ordering from the Dominos app. It is really user friendly, fast and I love how the local and nationwide deals are easy to find. Does anyone remember the days long gone where we used to have to call the pizza chain to find out what the specials were or am I the only dinosaur left? haha

Read moreThis order and my last order was beyond horrible. When this Dominos first opened I bragged on their customer service and delivery. But now I’m not sure if there has been a change in management etc. My order before this order took forever and each time I called Travis was rude and claimed that the tracker was not working but regardless I still hadn’t received my order and when it finally came it was cold. I placed this order giving them the benefit of the doubt that they might have had an off night but once again this order took forever also and by the tracker it did not even get prepped for 25 minutes and then set for another 25 minutes for quality check. So I called the store to see if my order was out for delivery. Scott put me on hold for over five minutes and never came back on the line so I called back and was hung up on so I called back again and was hung up on once again.
