Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Conroe

I sometimes go to this Laredo taco company because it’s by my house but every time I go in there they are always rude to me. One time I asked for a potato, egg and cheese taco with extra potato pieces and they added some refried beans to it and I politely told them I didn’t ask for beans but they had given me the el campeón instead so I told them that wasn’t the one I wanted. They wouldn’t fix it so I ate it anyway. Then today I ordered another taco same as the one above and when they went to go fix my taco they weren’t going to put on the extra potatoes and cheese so I caught them before they closed it and said I asked for the cheese and potatoes and they rudely said no you didn’t. I had but they didn’t hear me. Long story short this store is very rude and I know that we shouldn’t act like that to customers because I work at the one in Magnolia on 1488 and my ltc doesn’t...

I hate to do this ,I don’t usually complain but today was a very bad experience,I had food from here before but today was very disappointed,I know togo food might change the quality of the product but this was out of hand,food was very dry ,my barbacoa rice and beans ,I could not eat it it ,my daughter love refried beans today was she wouldn’t eat them,I didn’t spend much but I wouldn’t just waste my money...
