My father gave us a gift certificate and we finally went and we absolutely loved it !!!! The inside is decorated so beautifully. The service is fantastic! The bread is huge but it’s delicious! The Caesar salad was really good and the calamari as well ! The tortellini was out of this world the flavors so good ! My husband chicken parm was great too ! The grandmas cake was so good and moist ! The music they played was great ! The cat was the bonus ! I absolutely loved this place we left with high spirits and I will tell everyone I know about this place ! I wish I knew about it sooner ! Oh when we were leaving I got to meet the owner she is fabulous they have a wonderful restaurant here in the heart of Conshohocken bravo ! Thanks for a great night !

Our son treated us to dinner here for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a first for all of us. Our son worked with a relative of the owner a few years ago at a country club close to our home and he now works with a lot of people who live in Conshohocken and rave about the restaurant. So, that's what brought us here, and what a treat it was! I felt like I was back in Rome, Italy in the town of Traverse. I had the Shrimp fra Diablo, it would outstanding, our son had the ravioli special, delicious and so homemade! My husband had a chicken with tortellini dish that he devoured instantly it was so good. The bread is amazing and so is Grandmom's vanilla cake. We will definitely be back.

10/10 byob Italian restaurant. We had a rehearsal dinner here, and the food and service far exceed expectations. Everything was taken care of. Appetizers included antipasto, breads, salad, cheeses and calamari. Multiple main courses to choose from and they were all spectacular. Smaller sizers of pasta dishes but that are actually good beats massive piles of pasta that are just okay. And the desserts! Again, spectacular. The ambience and quaintness of the place made you feel like you were in Italy. Could not have asked for a better night and service. The daughter of the owners who was running the show this night and was as good as they come in the restaurant business.

I wish I could give 0 stars because that’s what this place deserves. Had an 830 reservation and showed up promptly on time for a table of 2. Observed multiple tables of 4 outside marked off as reserved but for some reason our table was not. We waited 15 minutes despite having multiple tables open to be seated. After being seated we proceeded to wait 15 minutes outside without having a waitress take out order. I use to serve, so I can be sympathetic to when a place is crowded. I counted 4 servers to 12 tables. 3 per, if they are rotating. There’s absolutely no reason why we should wait an additional 15 minutes upon seating and have nobody take our order. I’ve reviewed countless restaurants as a Google Guide throughout the country. I’ve never walked out at a restaurant in my life.

This was the first time I did. We promptly got up and walked out.

This was hands down the worst spot I’ve been to out of any restaurant I’ve ever reviewed.

Please reference my other reviews, I hate giving negative reviews. But this place was atrocious service.

We went to “Viggianos” down the street, and despite the fact that they close at 930, they accommodated us promptly.

Edit to respond to ownership: Appreciate your well wishes with our experience with the restaurant up the road. Most establishments are a reflection of leadership from the top down. Without issuing any apology or addressing/taking ownership of the issue outlined, it’s easy to see why something like this happened and why the employees are equally unconcerned with paying customers experience at your establishment. It’s a shame because your place was recommended as we are visiting from out of town and were provided with a gift card to your place. We left and actually paid to eat at Viggianos. Will have to pass along your response to the friends and family we have in the...

Last night, a friend and I went to Victoria's wine dinner. It's four courses with a select wine served with each course. Everything, except dessert, was served family style.

The food was very, very good. The app with olive tapenade bruscetta and fried stuffed olives was delicious. 2nd course was perfectly cooked peppardelle in a light creamy white cheesy sauce with mushrooms. 3rd course was a lovely swordfish served on the bone on a bed of gorgonzola beans and tomatoes. This was also delicious, but there was not enough food served in the fish course. Only a few bites per person.

Dessert was a tasty peach bread pudding style ramekin dessert with Balsamic drizzle. It was fantastic!

One of my favorite parts of this meal was actually the Italian bread. For me, it was the unsung hero. One of the best I've ever had, and that's saying something. It's served warm (critically important but often overlooked), soft on the inside and crispy crusty on the outside and very fresh.

The wine selections were outstanding! All but one from Italy.

Ok, now the cons...I would have liked a list of the wines served given to me to take with so I could purchase them later at a wine shop.

And, unfortunately, the place gets unbelievably loud the more crowded it gets. Need some noise mitigation on the walks, ceilings, or floors. Many other reviews complain of this, also.

Other than that, I give Victoria (she did a great job discussing her wine selections and the food, and engaged with all of her guests...very personable) and Trattoria Totaro an A+, and I look forward to going back. I recommend the wine dinner if you can...

I want to start off this review by saying they serve incredible food and this was not the problem. With that being said, I've never had such a poor dining experience before. My fiance and I went for Valentine's day dinner. We had a reservation for 7:15 and didn't get sat until 7:40 due to the volume of customers. Once we were sat, we did not have a server come up until 20-30 minutes later, even then we had the manager walk over, stand in silence for about 5-10 seconds and abruptly ask, "What do we want?". We requested 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. She left and we did not see the server/manager or receive our food for an 1+ hour. We never received our appetizers, just our entrees. I explained the server, we have been waiting an hour plus for our food and her response was, "Well, so has everyone else and we have been getting flooded with online orders." Not pleased with her response, I requested for the manager (The same manager who took our orders). She came over basically explanning, that the restuarant was busy but that's not our problem, it's their's and never gave an proper apology. She offered us dessert for the long wait time, we declined and she ignored our request and brought out dessert anyways. I understand that it's a busy night due to Valentine's day. What I don't understand is not showing any type of customer service and not prioritizing in person orders over online orders. We will not return back for Valentine's/special...
