Egghead — Restaurant in Paradise

🍳My experience at Egghead Restaurant at the Aria Hotel & Casino was nothing short of exceptional! The breakfast sandwich I ordered was truly one of the best I've ever had, hands down. The flavors were perfectly balanced, egg runny, and each bite was a pure delight. But what truly stole the show was the outstanding hash brown – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and absolutely divine!

Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff at Egghead were cheerful and friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. Even during peak hours, the service was relatively quick, ensuring that I could enjoy my meal without any unnecessary delays.

The queue for this place seemed long but when you wait, it literally goes by so fast. I waited less than 5 minutes. The menu isn’t big but it’s simple and allows you to figure out what you want quickly. The food was real good, I got the midtown and the eggs are dripping! Amazing! The hash browns are huge and rectangular, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seating can get a bit tricky, if you go during prime time, it can be hard to find tables since it is at a food hall. It is self serve, so don’t expect wait staff.. which is what most people in other reviews complain about but I don’t mind throwing out my own trash. There are plenty of bar areas for you to sit at. Though we left disappointed with Aria's blehhh "5-star" service, a couple of the restaurants in this hotel deserve some commendation! And Egghead is one of them!
