I was originally going to give 3 stars, but after reading through the reviews, I noticed the owner/manager only seems to respond to 5-star reviews. As a business, it’s important to take accountability for all feedback, the good and the bad. My first visit was okay; the sub was good. However, this recent experience was disappointing, especially with the food. I ordered two Captain’s Sub combos, but what I received looked more like a Club for Sub sandwich. It was missing the pepper jack cheese, spicy sauce, and crushed peppers, and instead had toppings that belong on the Club. It even came with a pickle, which the Captain’s Club doesn’t include.
