The chaos! I can remember why we have not been to this mall in about 8 years and we won't be back. This mall is definitely geared towards tourists and not locals. The place is jam-packed with people to the point where I began to feel very anxious in such a crowd. The food court was very busy and there were very few empty tables. The ones that were empty were very dirty and it seemed like those people who had used them did not understand the concept of picking up your trash and throwing it away. The setup is to go around a circle to see the different stores and restaurants that are available but the mass of people makes it practically impossible to actually see what's available or where you need to go to order or pick up your food. My husband used the restroom and said the men's restroom just absolutely reeked of urine. I was lucky enough that I did not need to use the female restroom because there was a line of around 30 people waiting to go in.
Unfortunately due to the large crowds I was unable to take any photos while we were there. But if you want to feel like you're in an unorganized and extremely crowded area... go visit the Florida Mall! Otherwise I highly recommend you visit one of the other malls in the area such as the mall in Altamonte or the Millennia mall... it's a much more pleasant...

As frequent visitors to the mall, we always find ourselves drawn to eat here because of all the great options. No matter what you're craving – from quick bites to more substantial meals – you're almost guaranteed to find something to tempt your taste buds. This extensive selection is fantastic for groups or families, ensuring everyone can find something they'll enjoy. It's a busy environment, and they're definitely putting in the effort. Overall, the Florida Mall Dining Pavilion remains a fantastic and convenient option for a meal during your shopping trip. The abundance of choices outweighs the occasional busyness, and the staff's dedication to upkeep is evident. It's a reliable and enjoyable part of our regular...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Häagen-Dazs store. The two male staff members at the counter were extremely rude. I came with my two kids to buy ice cream and clearly said I needed two waffle cones. One staff asked how many scoops, and I said “two scoops.” In the end, he only gave me one waffle cone.
When I explained again that I needed two waffle cones for my two kids, he had no patience to listen and deliberately ignored me. Then he even tried to argue, saying that the two scoops inside one waffle cone were what I meant by “two waffle cones.” This makes no sense and is just twisting words instead of addressing the real issue.
What upset me the most was not just the mistake, but the rude attitude toward me and my children, and the way they tried to cover it up with excuses. As a Georgia resident visiting Florida on vacation, I was truly disappointed by the service at this...
