I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keke’s Breakfast Café, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. However, the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Carlos.

Carlos went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His genuine passion for customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction we had with him.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the strawberry glazed waffle! As a strawberry lover, I was devastated when Walt Disney World stopped serving this delectable treat. Imagine my delight when I discovered that Keke’s has the same strawberry waffle that I used to enjoy at Disney! It was like finding a hidden gem.

The waffle was flawlessly cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The generous serving of strawberries, glazed to perfection, added just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite was pure bliss, and it instantly transported me back to my Disney days.

Since that day, Keke’s Breakfast Café has become a must-visit destination for me whenever I'm in town. Their strawberry glazed waffle has become my go-to indulgence, and I can confidently say that it is the best I've had anywhere. We ate at Keke's Breakfast Cafe 🍳 in Kissimmee, Florida. This is a chain restaurant that has multiple locations throughout Florida and other states including California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas. They are a pretty popular breakfast spot especially in Florida. When I use to live here I ate here pretty often. However, this was my first time eating here in 10 years.

When we first walked it was super busy but we were seated right away. The hostess was very friendly and joyful. You could tell the staff here was treated very well because everyone had smiles on their faces. They treated every guest extremely well. Very neat to watch. Our server Jose was excellent as well. He was talkative, friendly, and when we had a few mess ups he apologized then fixed them right away 🙂

We both ordered the create your own combo. I ordered one piece of French toast, 2 scrambled eggs, bacon 🥓 and their famous home fries 🍟. When they brought our meal out we noticed the bacon wasn’t even cooked. We let Jose our server know right away and he fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Once everything was fixed we were able to enjoy our meals. It all tasted wonderful. The eggs were perfectly cooked, bacon was crispy and the French toast was delicious. However, what we both loved the most was the home fries. They were crispy with a lot of flavor and super delightful. The best part of the meal in our opinion 🙂

Overall, we enjoyed our time spent here. It was great to see the staff all happy and joking with each other. We ended up speaking with Jose before we left he said they take their jobs here seriously and that everyone is treated like family. Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area. Great food. I would like to report an incident involving your employee, ELI and the “General Manager” Florence.

I was given an estimated 35-45 minutes wait time. Which is expected. Nothing wrong with that. And yes we know it could be sooner than that, it could be longer.

Just like any other customer, my party of 6 (it became 5 in the end) patiently waited a few feet from Eli ( the front desk) total of 6 pairs of ears were waiting. 3 people from my party came up to check several times the status of our table. We were not rushing, just waiting and asking.

Around 12 noon. One person from our party asked for the status. He was told that the table was just being cleared. Which was great no problem. We continued to wait a few feet away from the front desk, on the waiting bench. 3 were seated, 3 were standing.

A few more minutes went by a party of 7 was called to be seated. I was curious what was the status of our table that is being cleared. Eli asked for my name and upon providing my information, I was told we were called 3x. Again there were 6 pairs of ears listening. Not one of us heard. No one texted my number either.

Confronting Eli was useless. I was explaining that no one heard but he was just like whatever don’t care kind of attitude. I had to raise my voice to be heard. I had to call my whole party to be taken seriously. Then the “general manager” came out and didn’t bother listening to me and just said ok here is your table do you want it or not.
