One star is WAY TOO generous. I had my baby girl's birthday party in their event room. My wife said we're expecting to invite about 40 families, and they misunderstood that to mean 80 to 100 people. Of course 40 invitations rarely lead to 100% attendance. But nonetheless, they said, since we're inviting a large crowd, we'll only charge $6 per person. And after talking with several different people who gave different prices based on how much for adults and how much for children, we agreed on $6 per person for 50 adults.
Some time later, my wife gets a call from having already paid a down payment, asking if we could clear the room by a certain time! THEY DOUBLE BOOKED!!! We had already paid our down payment so that things like that wouldn't happen!!! But we agreed to be out by 4:00.
The day before the party, the owner calls my wife saying that their workers messed up, saying that they were supposed to have told us that they have to charge $3 per child, but since it was their mistake, they'll honor the agreement of $6 per adult and children will be free.
After the party was over, we had to pay the remaining balance. The lady comes around to say that they were expecting 80 to 100 people, but since we only had 50 people, they will have to charge us $7 per person. WHAT!!! Entirely unprofessional! They said that was a miscommunication due to their workers not having been trained to accept reservations properly. Even if that were to be the case, shouldn't they have owned their mistake and followed through with what was agreed upon?
But to add fuel to the flame, they had the guts to demand a tip for the need to clean up (which we did most of anyway). They were using a trash can as a podium (the kind you see in fast food restaurants with a tray holder on top with the words "THANK YOU" written on it). Some of our guests understandably thought that it was a trash can and dumped their plates in it. The lady comes out saying that they haven't seen any guests as messy as us and we'll have to pay $100 for tip, which was WAY OVER 20%.
I'm okay with businesses charging what they ask, whether that's $6 per person or $7 per person. I'm even okay with them asking for a cleaning fee. But the fact that they changed the price last minute like that was not only unprofessional, it was robbery. And to say that they demand a $100 "tip" for needing to clean up so that they can correct their double booking mistake... one star is...
Β Β Β Read moreCame here for dinner with my wife. First time here and we let the server knew that so she can explain the menu since a lot of it was written only in Korean. A little language barrier , but our server was endearing and tried to explained best she could. Also let her know that my wife was diabetic and she couldnβt have a lot of the sauce so we wanted to have only meats without sauce. They said ok. Great, ordered the all you can eat. This is where the trouble started .
Even with all you can eat, they refuse to let you order the first round. Ok... odd... but ok sure. First round was interesting, they brought out pork beef and shrimp and tossed it all on the grill all at once... again odd, but they βseparatedβ the meats lol. After this they brought us all meats that were heavily marinated in very sweet soy sauce. Must be a mistake I thought , I asked her about It and reminded her that my must has a medical condition that Didnβt allow her to eat such high sugar food. Our server didnβt quite understand so she grabbed another person to translate. The second sever just said itβs house rules and we must eat the first round as is without modifications. At this point Iβm not sure if I find this hilarious or aggravating.
Rest of the meal was a comedic interaction between the server and us. Multiple wrong items and delays.
The quality of the meats here is a above average. The side dishes are bland though. The price is about 31 per person for all you can eat, so itβs on the higher end of KBBQ. Our experience as a non Korean was probably not as good due to the lack in ability to communicate. Overall poor service and experience, wouldnβt recommend.

Β Β Β Read moreI have eaten at a lot of different Korean BBQ places coast to coast. This is by far the best one I have eaten at. It is a mom and pop place run by a husband/wife and their daughter Angela. Iβll get back to Angela in a minute. My wife and I ate here with some of her co-workers last night. We were the only people there. I couldnβt believe it. They exclusively use prime cuts of meat. There was no gristle in the bulgogi or the spare ribs. They were both tender and perfectly marinated. The chicken was not the steroid chicken. The father cuts the meat himself in house. The sides were better than any sides at any other Korean BBQ place. The Kim Chi specifically is the best I have ever had. I could not believe we were the only people there especially on a payday Friday. This is in place is the standard for Korean BBQ.
Iβd like to talk about the true gem of this place Angela. Angela provides the best customer service of any restaurant I have ever been too. Her understanding of her parents restaurant, the product, and the experience is second to none. This was the first time I have eaten Korean BBQ where we didnβt have to cook anything ourselves. She talked us through the menu. She cooked all of our food and served it to us. She also provided stimulating conversation while we ate. It felt like a movie scene in real time. The quality of the food combined with Angelaβs impeccable customer service makes this an elite level Korean BBQ experience. If you have never had Korean BBQ this place sets the standard for the Korean BBQ experience.
Thanks for an amazing...
