Update: Down to 1 star from 2. Went by again and they gave me 7 horsey and 4 arby's despite ordering 6 and 6 of each. It's so easy to grab 6 of each, and somehow they messed up that.
Update: went by a 2nd time not even a week later. It was 10:11 PM on a Tuesday night. They close at 10:30. I pulled up and nobody answered. A minute later they shut off the light on the drive through menu. Honked, but no response. Pulled up to the window, but no response. Automatically down to 2/5 for false advertising. This isn't a mom and pop burger joint this is Arby's, the national chain. If your hours say 10:30 closing time, you close at 10:30. The very least you could do is say something to people who pull up... but you shouldn't be closed 19 minutes before closing time.
I've only been here one time so this may not be as accurate as the review for the Harkrider location, but they seem much better.
They don't make you wait at the speaker while they help the customers ahead of you. They answer quickly and understand you and speak clearly. They are also faster at preparing the food. They also have better preparation and ingredients. The ingredients may also be good at the Harkrider location now since those are probably from the same place, but there's no competition in the warmth and quality of preparation at this location compared to Harkrider.
The food was actually WARM. The pita bread was not cold/cracking. They put a good amount of ingredients and the turkey didn't have a weird taste to it.
Despite being much further from where I live, the food was warmer here than it is from the Harkrider location. The Harkrider location often sells cold food, so I'm not sure that's much of an...
Read moreWent here today at 1:30 while I was on lunch. I usually come here most the time about two times out of a week depending on if I pack my lunch or not every time I come here it’s always a great visit. Great service everybody is so lovely nice but today when I pulled up to the window, I was telling the girl at the drive-through window that I wanted some mozzarella sticks, she then proceeded to yelled WHAT?! because she didn’t hear me I guess but the way that she said what was very rude and taking me back, the customer service was lacking. Once I repeated what I said to her she completely switched vibes and was just rude and I kept saying thank you after I asked for something. She never said your welcome and her overall tone was very off putting and mean. She was just all-around very much rude, the woman at the drive-through window not sure what her name is. I never get a chance to catch it she’s older every time I see her she’s such a joy. She always asked me what sauce I want, and she always tells me to have a great day, so five stars for the way that women treated me at the window and one star for the girl at the drive-through. Not sure if it was her first day or not never heard her before today but she was very rude. Hopefully she gets more training and customer service so that the next time I come, I won’t have to deal with somebody asking me...
Read moreI have been a regular customer at this Arby’s location for awhile now. However, I will not be going back. On my recent visit, I ordered an unsweet tea with my sandwich. After tasting it, it tasted bad so I drove back through the drive through assuming they would offer my money back because they sold me a drink that was not fit to consume. Although the employee said “I’m sorry,” her tone and attitude was that I was a bother. She said that all she could do was offer me a different drink (I didn’t want any other drink on their menu). A simple refund would have kept me a regular customer. I suppose if the meat on my sandwich had been putrid, I would have been offered another sandwich choice but no refund. Update: I’m changing my one star to five because of the outstanding response I received when I registered my complaint online with their corporate offices. They were quick to make it right. I’m going to assume they have provided guidance to their employees and I will give this location another try...
