Craft NoCo — Restaurant in Conway

Craft NoCo is an absolute gem in Conway! The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a fun “speakeasy” vibe, complete with a guest book to sign on your way out. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

We ordered the smash burger and the charcuterie board, and both were outstanding. The burger was perfectly cooked with great flavor, and the charcuterie board was well-balanced with meats, cheeses, bread, and accompaniments that felt thoughtfully put together. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.

I also loved the unique way they presented the receipt — a small detail that really added to the experience. The restaurant has a clear “over 16” policy, which I think fits the atmosphere perfectly.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It’s about time we got real cocktails with real food in the valley. Donna, Neil and team have outdone themselves and I can’t wait to keep coming back for more. We got the street corn dip, kale salad, mozzarella skillet and tiramisu - all off the charts in every way! The tiramisu could have its own 3 paragraph review because it was PERFECT!! The drinks are literally crafted and so very well paired, you can actually enjoy them as true cocktails. My friend and I had such a lovely evening at CraftNoCo. The environment is warm, cozy, and artfully designed.

The Manhattans we ordered might be the best I’ve ever had—well-balanced and a great size. Who uses fresh cherries? CraftNoCo does. Wonderful!

We ordered the charcuterie board, which was very generously portioned and included cheese, raw honey, and delicious cured meats. After that, we shared the kale salad and chicken skewers—both delectable.

I believe the true measure of a restaurant’s care and craftsmanship is in its salad—often an afterthought, but here, a masterpiece of delicate, zesty perfection.
