Dunkin' — Restaurant in Conyers

My experience with reviews is that they’re either really good or really bad. People either loved their experience or hated it, and as a result they’re willing to share their time to leave a review. People who have average experiences (neither good nor bad) tend to not leave reviews, but I do! So, when I leave a bad review, that is telling.

Dunkin Donut as a franchise is decent as far as coffee houses go. Their coffee has a good flavor; Although it is on the weaker side, they also offer espresso, and boast a varied selection of flavors. Plus, as a coffee connoisseur, the coffee is not as over priced as some. The difference is that the other places have better customer service.

The new Dunkin Donut in Conyers, Ga is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any of the franchises or any place ever! The baristas are rude and unwilling to assist. They do not appreciate questions and thus are impatient with customers when ordering.

Beyond that, the store is never stocked. Twice, we went for donuts and there were none! None! What’s the point of being opened? The third time we went, I decided to go inside because my experience with the customer service at the drive through was already going poorly when I pulled up. However, it was even worse inside, so I cancelled my order. The baristas are just unknowledgeable about the store’s products and get frustrated/aggregated with questions, which comes across as rude.

Until better training is implemented I would save my money and go to another coffee house! I’m refuse to pay $6 for a coffee and receive poor...

When I first walked in a customer had spilled their drink all over the counter and all over the floor. He started cleaning the counter top without any assistance from the staff. Nor were they in a rush to clean it up in their side. It’s funny because they gave him a mop to clean up the mess, I’m thinking… this is your job to clean up a mess not the customer. I get the principle but that’s not why Dunkin’ Donuts is paying you. The chatter from the employees including the manager was vulgar and rude to one another. There was a girl that wore a green bonnet and it looked extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and was dirty. Let alone the lines were wrapped and they moved like they all just smoked the devils lettuce got stuck wondering what do I do next? However taking all of this in at one time, I get it they’re a little busy but being busy doesn’t excuse how slow they were moving, I was waiting for 45min. On 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches as I watched multiple people come in and leave after shortly waiting while their drinks were made on the spot a long with food. I finally get my food of course it’s cold because of how long I was waiting and then my drinks should’ve been done in less than 60seconds. But again every single one of those employees are looking for a raise I bet making people late to work cause orders should’ve been filled earlier. Yall need to just fire every single last one of these check collecting donut dunkers and get people that are ghetto and stoned out of their minds! Very very very unprofessional...

❌️🚫This is, by far, the WORST Dunkin i have ever been to! The staff is not very nice, they don't keep things in stock. The freezers are empty, they do not have a large selection of donuts, and what they do have is horrible, and inside the store is just nasty. It's like no one really cares what this place looks like. There is always trash on the floors, and the feel is depressing and gross. The bathroom is not clean either. The coffee tastes old and was even cold one time I stopped in. Going through the drive-thru is not good either. There is not one good thing I can say about this store. Even though it is the closest to my house, I definitely will drive a little farther to another store to avoid this one. Someone from Dunkin Donuts needs to look into this place. YUCK!🚫❌️ I have seriously thought about contacting corporate Dunkin, but it's doubtful that anything will change. I just steer clear 💥ADDITION TO REVIEW 02/15/25 I stopped to get a large coffee on my way into town on a Saturday morning... i decided I would have a donut as well. After I told her what I would like, she said to me, " WE ARE OUT OF DONUTS RIGHT NOW." 🚫 OUT 🚫 COMPLETELY OUT! The item that the place is built around, it's in the name of the store, were OUT OF PRODUCT to sell to the consumer !! Not a single donut in the entire establishment! Seriously... does anyone even care at that...
