Very unprofessional and disrespectful manager for both the Klondike and 138 store in Conyers. My son were a former employee and there was a situation that arised between he and a manager as they got into a conflict and were both cursing at each other. I went to the store and spoke with the manager as I went to pick up my son and requested to speak with the manager and she did come out to speak with me. Her was he attitude was ok. But she fluently used the "F" word repeatedly during the conversation while we were having this meeting in the middle of the dining area with other guest hearing. My son was teminated not that I care about him being terminated but what do care about is non of the higher management looked into to big picture and address the fact that this manager was also out of line. Long story short my son insist on working for McDonald's so he now went to West Ave store on Klondike Rd in conyers to apply. Wow...one of the managers from the 138 store that were the issue happened were there and not even to approach my son In a professional manner to tell him no you cannot get employed he rudely on top of his voice chased him out of the store as if he was not even human. I called to ask for the corporate office contact information and the same manager "Brian" who chased him out the store answered the phone and insisted on me to state why I needed to talk to Corporate. So I decided to advise him why and he rudely dismissed me and disconnect the phone. The management for the stores are horrible as you can see there is no solution to try and probing to find out the root of cause for the crew members. They claim that this is a place for young people how? when management not only disrispect them but also don't care about them? I will not let this go not because of the job. That is not my concern, he is young and have time before worry about getting a job. But because of the disrespect and I will do my best to be an advocate for young people. I am not saying my son wasn't wrong but it's how the situation was handled that upset me more than anything else. What kind of people are they hiring as managers our young people cannot learn anything positive in am environment like that. Like I stated before I could care less about a Job at any McDonald's for him anymore, but I do care about how rude and disrespectful...
Read moreI I wish that there was a way to give zero Stars after the experience that I had this afternoon place my order for a quarter pounder with no cheese fries and a drink at 2:18 p.m. sat there and watched people that ordered after me one gentleman got my hamburger finally got my food after starting to question the tells her at 2:44 walk to the car looked inside the hamburger package there was one squirt of ketchup and two dots for mustard took it back inside and just ask for mustard and ketchup to be put on it it brought me 3 hamburgers with cheese finally went back and said they were going to make it the right way ....they thought I had left and threw it away I finally got the new hamburger at 3:05 p.m. they did refund my money doesn't make up for standing there in line for over 45 minutes.... not sure what was happening on the front end but it was chaos there were other people that stood there for well over 30 minutes waiting for their food as well and kept bringing it back in because it was wrong there's just no excuse even if you just have to stop and regroup and figure out who's standing in the lobby and who's missing their food.... there were about 10 of us waiting for food when one couple comes in and orders six Sundays there's only two people on the register and one of them goes over there and makes their Sundays and doesn't pay attention to about eight others who hadn't even been able to get an order placed.... just can't remember when I have been so disappointed with McDonald's and by the way the burger that I finally got I guess they thought it would be cute to put so much ketchup and mustard on it that the bun wouldn't even stay on and it was dripping...
