I don’t usually post reviews but from the jaw dropping rude customer service I received from the “owner” tonight I had no Choice. I am a 29 year old mother of 3 and I would be so ashamed in my own children if they grow to be men that speak to anyone especially a woman in this manner. I was picking up an order to deliver tonight, I walked in and the shelf where they place the to go orders had some bags on it with the order names and Info stapled to them. Being a DoorDash delivery driver for over 2 years now I know to go to the pick up shelf and find my order if it’s ready and if not you wait… many many surrounding restaurants in the same area also do it this way do to high volumes of deliveries/Togo orders ect. I walk in the door I walk to the shelf which is about a total of 3 steps away from the door that you walk in to get the to go orders. As I start Looking at the names on the orders a man walks over to me and says can I help you ??? At first I thought he was being genuine and actually offering his help so I replied yes I’m looking for (customer order name) he then jumps right to being the most arrogant and ugly personal I have ever spoken to…. He states he will help Me when they get the chance but I will not just walk into their area and do whatever I want his body language and face was full of disgust for whatever reason …. At this point I’m completely confused as I had no idea I was doing anything wrong so I slowly replied Ooookayyy … in a confused way because 2 days Pryor I had been told by other Employees there that this is what I am supposed to do… he responds back as I’m still saying okay and very rude and arrogantly states he is the owner …. Which I never had asked his position… nor did I question or argue with anything he had just said to me … so after the rudeness I calmly stated to him I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to be there that most other places have that pick up shelf there for the delivery drivers … he says oh are you with door dash or something … I replied yes and he says oh in that case my Apologies… he didn’t say it with any kind of remorse or emotion at all. I’m not sure what had upset him tonight but I am still just blown away by how a “owner” of all people would speak to his guests in any situation let alone something as simple and innocent as this one and I most definitely would not have displayed that I was the owner so arrogantly speaking to anyone in...
Read moreWe normally have a good experience with outback but if you have more than 6 ppl in your group, they can not accommodate that.( We had 10, 6 adults ,3 teens ,1 baby) .We went for our daughters 17th bday and we were assured that wasn't an issue. We waited 30 mins and when it was our time I was shocked to see a round table and a table for 2 shoved in a corner wedged in between other customers. The table was in part of the isle and so close to other customers you couldn't even slide you seat back. To top it off we had to sit part of our family in a booth across the isle past our table! If you can't accommodate parties with that many just say so. My daughter was in tears because of all this chaos. Needless to say, we left. How ridiculous is it to expect ppl to sit on top of each and in isles to eat? And the topper? The table was so wobbly they put ripped up coasters to try and fix it. My husband crawled under it to see what was wrong! The waiter tried his best but how do expect ppl to eat? Needless to say we left and explained to the manager why. We offered to pay for the few drinks for the kids that were served, but it's as if the manager could not comprehend what the problem was. Worst experience our...
Read moreOur waiter was horrible! Food was good and no issues with food at all. After he took our drink order (2 sweet teas) it was like 10 minutes before we even got them. My husband had been outside working all day so he had his glass empty by the time the food came. The waiter noticed the empty glass and said he'd be right back with a refill. Instead he came back like 15 minutes later and asked if we needed to go boxes. By that time I had already emptied my glass as well. My husband and I both said we'd really like a refill. Waiter was like o my bad I'll be right back. I'm not the type that will be like "I'm never coming back" because I know I will, but please pay attention and don't get side tracked having small talk with the other employees. Also note it was not busy when we went. There were only like 3 other tables with people in them in the bar area where we were seated. I consider myself a very patient person. Even when my husband was about to call the resturant from our table and ask for a tea refill 😑. I wouldn't let him. I'm just leaving this comment so maybe it helps bring some awareness to staff. My husband usually tips well ($10-$30) dependingon bill and service....
