Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Cookeville

So today july 4th we went to Buffalo at 11 the dinning room side was close the bar side was open but the booth in between the bar and dining was close ... before we sat at the booth my husband went to ask if it was ok it took them around 10 minutes for someone to get to the table the manager past my husband two times and just ignore him, we wanted to make sure it was ok for us to seat there because I'm 9 months pregnant I can't not seat on the high tables ... the server came to us and said that section was closed I told her if it was ok for us to stay there she said No because someone already clean that table and said I have open tables than I said I can't seat on the high tables she just said I'm sorry this table its close and she walk away.... I work as a server if someone would've come to me with the same questions at the restaurant that I work I would let them seat them it's just an extra table for someone to seat because it's pregnant or whatever the situation was , but I feel was rude from the server and the manager she went and complaining for to the manager before coming to tell us we can not seat there... we would leave a really good tip because I'm a server and understand the time that's not how customers service work.. not sure if this makes sense or not just for me at 9 months pregnant... its really upsetting if someone in a wheelchair or something or elder person it would have been the same .? I don't think we ever coming back I'm sure that they don't care because it's a a big chain restaurant... but so...

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times. This is our 1st time for this football season this year. I have to say it was one of the worst times I've ever been there. We couldn't get drinks we ordered food my daughter's wings came out and 30 minutes later our hamburgers still had not come out when they did come out it was burnt both of them. At the very beginning we asked if they could put certain games on we were told that the games that were up there were going to be all that we would get. 3 of the large screens were already on one game basically the whole place was the same game.. This young man a waiter had the worst attitude. it wasn't oh let me go see if my manager can do something for you.. It was this is the way it's gonna be either like it or not. I saw 2 tables get told that they had to be seated by the front end these people got up and walked straight out the door.. There was no host at the front door to tell these people this. It was after half time and most of the people had done left. And there was alot of open tables. I know it's very hard to get good staff since the pandemic. But when you advertise yourself as a sports bar and you come in and you can't even get the people to put the games up it's sort of put the downer on everything. To say I was very disappointed yes.. I understand that sometimes you're very busy but today I was very disappointed. At this point time I don't see me...

We have given this BWW 3x and everytime the service has been terrible. We sat down and waited 10 minutes to get service. There was 4 of us and we got 3 straws. No biggie. We ordered 30 wings, 5 Nashville hot, 15 honey bbq, rest mango habanero. They brought us only 25 wings and only 3 forks. I know they go by weight but they were not 25 big wings. We waited over 5 minutes to get another fork. We asked the waitress which wings were which since they were all on the same plate (which we all had to eat off of since they brought us no others) and she said she had no idea. With 2 kids and mango habanero and Nashville hot on the plate, that was fun. When it was time to go, the waitress slammed the receipt on the table and walked away before we could ask for a box. I got up and asked for one. All the servers were more interested in socializing than working. I watched people come in looking lost with the seat yourself sign kind of hidden and the to go desk people up front were socializing off to the side by a kitchen door. Their bathrooms were also gross, my feet stuck to the floor and there was paper all over the floor, and it was just not clean and kind of made truck stop bathrooms not look so bad. To end in a positive, the cheese curds were good and my kids are fascinated by...
