Did a mobile order on July 4th without realizing business would be closing early - i have/had no issue with this (im happy the company gave them time off).
However, my feedback to Arby's corporate/digital service team, please update your mobile app so it allows customers to have the option to update/edit and cancel mobile orders. This would provide convenience, save time, and avoid confusion in the future.
Anywho, July 8th, I stopped by this location to see if I could pick up my order or cancel it (i was not able to reach this location by phone - they are usually busy so this was to be expected). To make a long story short, there was some confusion with my mobile order but the associates were more than happy to help assist in resolving my issue.
I pulled up my mobile order receipt on my phone and after verifying, the staff were able to get my order together - AND, in an amazingly short amount of time. Everything was correct, staff was pleasant from start to finish, smiley ☺, kind, and respectful.
To whom it may concern, you have a wonderful team here. I see how hard this team works - how hectic business traffic can get and how gracefully business is handled. Now give these awesome individuals a raise!
And to the gentleman with the gorgeous shoulder length locks - he was so sweet, professional, and helped us figure out our issue, as my bf said to me when we drove away...
"I dont know who that man is...but HE is running this damn place!" 😆 bravo! Bless your heart, love, each and...
Read moreNot only does this place still not have CO2 after a few days and not comping any drinks or anything, they ONLY have vanilla shakes, too. What does that have to do with CO2? Also, they said they have lemonade and the machines only produce water and still charge more for that even though they don't have the thing we want. The lady at the front took 5 minutes about to be ready to take my order. All I heard was beeping on the computer. No word came from her that she needed a second. Nothing. She was not smiling or happy and I could barely hear her even though she was right in front of me. When I said "oh since you don't have the smoothie I wanted, I don't want a meal" she ran to the back without saying anything, or for what reason, then took another 2 minutes to ring me up doing... i have no idea on the computer. She was also mumbling so when she asked "what name on this order" I thought she was repeating "is that all for your order". When I finally got my sandwich, the bacon doesn't look cooked, the sandwich isn't warm even though it's bacon swiss fried chicken and the cheese is still solid. At least at McDonald's my food is warm and cheese is melted.
This is the worst service I've ever had...
Read moreThe jalapeno poppers were so incredibly spicy hot that my tongue was burning for hours afterwards. I'm not sure why this is happening, but it seems to be a trend with restaurants . The food seems to be getting spicier and spicier, making it for someone like me who really can't handle a ton of heat, impossible to enjoy. I think of restaurants are wanting to add more spice too their food, they should have a couple of options. One being a mild option and then keeping that with very little spicy hottness to it and then another option could be a medium or hot which would be a spicier or would have a lot more heat for those people who like to have their food with a lot more kick to it. I just don't think that restaurants sound assume that everyone can handle that type of spiciness when I believe there is a big part of their customers they serve that cannot handle that spiciness. The older you get the less tolerant you are you spicy hot food. So for most of the elderly people they won't be able to eat at Arby's. I believe this could be thought of as discrimination. Just a thought Arby's. One person's suggestion. Thank you for taking your time and giving my feedback...
