I would like to take a moment to thank a member of the staff at this location and to recommend that she get an immediate raise. One of the waitresses here, Angie, absolutely resembles the best the profession has to offer. For several years I've been coming here, always to receive five star service and a compassionate ear, and someone who makes me feel like I'm genuinely at home. Recently I came here in order to have a business meeting with some friends in order to discuss something very important I had been working towards for around the last 8 months. this goal both stressful and exhilarating was something extraordinarily important to me and Angie allowed me to vent about this situation to her while she was at work. She knew a bit about some of the situation as I come here frequently and had spoken with her about some of this before. She was always kind enough to listen to me ramble on about the things that I'm working on in my day-to-day life, this particular goal being something of an extreme importance to me, she was kind enough to be a compassionate ear, and ultimately I left with a little more confidence to follow this dream I've been chasing for so long. Thank you so much Angie you've made my Boston's experience all the better each time I arrive. You really are the best...
Read moreWe were in the area, had not been to Bostons before, decided to give it a try. It was fairly busy and the customer service was excellent and we received our food faster than most experiences in the dinner time rush. We decided to share a rack of ribs, fries and some of them bacon wrapped steaks with some of their blue cheese sauce. Now, generally when you are ordering something you are sharing they just bring you out some extra plates and you do the work from there to divide, not here, the waitress had the dishes divided for us, filled our refills very timely and checked in with us, additionally there was another gal walking around to ensure you are having a good experience. I must say though, the best thing there is their Blue cheese sauce, give it a try it is AMAZING. All said we decided to go back, we ordered the same thing, this time with the kids and one additional adult and the cost is blown out of the water compared to most places, a total of 5 people and the cost was only $50. I go to apple bees or anywhere else you don't get the customer service and you could spend roughly the same cost or even more. However the 2nd time, the waitress did not divide our plate but that was more so above and beyond and is not expected. Amazing place, amazing service and amazing...
Read moreWhere do I start. This was my first (and last) Boston's experience.
Our server seemed as though she was on drugs. Jittery, interrupted us constantly, and overall unpleasant.
The food was the worst dine in meal I've ever had. I had the French dip sandwich with tater tots. The sandwich was sad. It was as if you opened a package of Carl Budding roast beef, slapped it on a toasted bun and called it a day. The tots seemed like they were cooked in oil that was either too cold or old - you could only taste the grease. My fiance had a pepperoni pizza. If you would have told us it was Digiorno frozen pizza we would have believed you. The wings were just ok. I did like the Korean BBQ flavor, but to be honest there are better wings in the North Metro (Looking at you The Well and Boulevard). But the price for wings is highway robbery. 7 wings for $15?! And they are small.
The prices are through the roof for what you get. Our bill was $72 for wings, a French Dip sandwich, a personal sized pizza and 2 happy hour 16oz beers (cheapest thing we got - $6.50 for 2 flat Voodoo Ranger's).
I'm not sure if they were having an off night or what, but I cannot understand the 4 to 5 star reviews given the experience we just had. We will...
