Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

First time trying Jersey Mike's. I was super excited because of the sub in a tub concept. VERY disappointing. I ordered online well ahead of the time I was going to need to pick up my food. When I arrived I went to the PICK UP location as I was instructed online. There were 6 people working as it was lunch time. An older woman came up by me, but would not have eye contact and was avoiding me. She came near twice but, didn't assist. The gentleman that was on the register and assisting customers noticed me, but didn't ask me anything nor did he notify anyone else to see what I needed. After about 5 minutes of workers ignoring me a young woman came near with quite a negative attitude and said are you here for a pick up? I said yes and she said something I couldn't hear and then yelled “FOR, FOR” I didn't know what she was referring to and finally I said my name I mean FOR: Lunch! FOUR: WHAT? Honestly. Ask a question: what name is the order for? $57 including tip for this nasty experience. I will not be back, but please for others who visit your store, PLEASE assist your staff with customer...

Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star but I have to select a star.. Went here tonight and got dinner and we were very disappointed. Asked for one kind of bread and was told they just ran out for the one sandwich gal was very rude when she said it to us and come to find out neither of the sandwiches that we order the rosemary parm bread ended up getting white bread.. very frustrating and don't feel the employees need to be rude to customers just cause they are busy and can't handle it.. not to mention while my son was eating his sandwich he found black hair in it. God only knows how much of the hair he actually ate.. Definitely won't be back to this location again which sucks cause Jersey Mike's used to be one of our go to for subs.. Yesterday I thought I would keep it simple and pick up a couple of sandwiches for supper. The gal asked if I wanted it Mike’s way. I asked for no vinegar and oil, mayo instead. Noticed her putting V &O on sandwich. Misunderstandings happen. I reminded her her no V&O. She rolled her eyes, was going to start the sandwich from the scratch! I told her, not necessary. Just take off the lettuce lettuce and and go from there. Continued with payment, plus tip. Got home, unwrapped sandwich. No exaggeration, AT LEAST 1/2 cup of Mayo on top of lettuce, no tomatoes. The sandwich wrapper and outside of the bread was covered in Mayo. Needles to say, sandwich was ruined. I think she is the kind of employee to spit in your food. Goodbye...
