Arby's — Restaurant in Coos Bay

I ordered a gyro for lunch & a roast beef with cheddar for dinner later. Initially, the girl working the drive thru asked if I wanted a beef & cheddar instead. Customers really do know what they like to and can eat, believe it or not! I explained I'm allergic to onions and the beef & cheddar comes on an onion roll. The gyro was delicious! The gyro was very hot & fresh & pretty loaded with meat. Initially when I ordered, I'd asked for extra cucumber dressing on it, but the drive thru girl stated that they don't do that. Ok, and What!? She also didn't offer or include any sauces for my sandwich. For dinner I warmed the regular with cheddar & was disappointed in the amount of roast beef. Most Arby's I've visited have junior roast beef sandwiches on their menu, which is just like the regular, but with about half the amount of roast beef. My regular was about the size of a junior, so it was like half the roast beef as it usually is. Arby's have scales by their slicer. The cooks slice the roast beef, placing it in the scale to get the correct weight for each type of sandwich, before they put it on the rolls. So either the slicer person was careless with weighing the product, or this Arby's is skimping...

The food was really good!! Service was not!! We ordered the food they asked for a name, I gave them my name, and we sat down. I got my wife all the sauces she wanted and our drinks. Several other people ordered after us and got their order and left. I looked at the counter and saw a tray of food, I thought maybe it was someone else's order. But no one got it, so about another 5 minutes went by, and I went up to the counter, and it was our order!! That sat their for 10 minutes!! Both my wife and I never heard them call my name!! I have to say 3 of the 4 times we have been their the service was not good!! I get it they're young and hate their job or maybe the management it to blame!! It is what it is!! The store was very clean including the restroom, thr all u can drink, drinks is great and the all u can pump...

UPDATE: I am a fool and tried again.... french dip without the dip... why am I suprised.. its been 9 months since the last time... not anymore just NO.....1st review: So frustrated after a long night at work stopped to pick up food. asked for 2 classics with cheese. The lady asked if I wanted melted or sliced I asked for melted ordered cheese sticks and ranch and ask for horsey and arby sauce ti go with. Got home and Nothing I ordered was correct No cheese no horsey no ranch. The worst part is I called as soon s I realized and all she could muster was oh that was me sorry.. No, we can make it right next time. I should have driven ALLL the way back in just to get it corrected. but i was tired, and didn't want the hassle. Way to go on the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE sad very sad. I hope this doesn't become the norm...
