Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Coos Bay

Alright so at this location they are going some construction, which means they only have one window working, totally understandable right? So as I'm driving by about to make a left into dutch bros, I notice this and continue around the block to the other side, so I'm not a nuisance on the side they are working on. I pull up into the line and an employee comes to my window to inform me that they had to wedge a car in front of me, because they were "there first". I explained that I had driven around the mess because I saw that they were working on the other side and that, that car wasn't there but maybe the 20 seconds it took me to drive around the block. She continued with, we are going to wedge them in! So instead of letting them wedge somebody in front of me, totally ridiculous, I left. And won't be coming back. How ignorant that employee is. I go there every other day. I drive a 2000 Toyota Camry and the other car was an escalade. I don't want to think that, THAT had anything to do with...

Dear Coos Bay Dutch Bros... it's been 3 whole days since the beginning of the remodel... spirits are low over here at Verizon... we miss you... I miss you. My free dutch stamp cards are burning a hole in my wallet... and my heart. If I cant get my coffee at my favorite Dutch bros then I will not drink coffee. It's been 3 days without coffee... I'm on my final written warning at work, my wife left me, and I have nursing the worst caffeine headeache I've ever had! Your remodel cannot come soon enough.... please come back... Im Sorry for forgetting to tip you for your kind and warm customer service... I promise to stop asking for free waters.... I'll even make sure my breath is minty fresh anytime I drive to your cozy drive thru line... what I'm trying to say is... I love you dutch bros......

Rude doesn't begin to describe this girl. Took our order and stopped to talk to her friend. Had to ask her multiple times to just make our drinks. We were passing through the town and not impressed at all. It took over 30 minutes to make 3 drinks. Ridiculous!! If you stop here and see her, just leave immediately. Our coffees were not hot as we asked; how could they be when she only showed up to work so she could gossip about tattoos with her friends who come through the other drive up window?!? Spoke to corporate and even she was a jerk. Do better, Dane is rolling in his grave. Corporate greed outweighs good...
