I am loving that a new healthy eatery, with an easy app ordering system and pick-up lane is now open and literally around the corner. On my first trip, the week they opened, I ordered a wrap. Now I'll admit the wrap I received wasn't what I ordered, but it was good. A small order mix-up, but it happens. Nonetheless what I received was delicious. I've ordered multiple smoothies since my first trip over the past few weeks. Their smoothies are SMOOTH! I'm not sure how to best explain it, but they truly are blended the RIGHT way and taste delicious.
A few recommendations: 1) label the food orders or have a sticker system that prints and puts it on the food. This will help confirm if the order is not only correct, but if someone has food allergies this could be vitally important. Per the mix-up with my food, I did have a reaction to whatever I ate, but not having a clue what I ate is hard to figure out what it was. 2) Nutritional Content!!! Where is this located? There's not info on the app when you're ordering off the menu, the website doesn't contain it, if it is out there, it is not easy to find. Being a healthy eatery doesn't always mean it is healthy for all diets . 3) Have the ability to look at the menu on the app without ordering. The only way to look at the menu is to begin an order but going along with #2 for those of us health concise it is nice to PLAN what we may want to order rather than starting an order and removing/adding items...
Read moreI’ve been to the one in Copley twice now, both times unfortunately were not good. The first time it took 15 minutes for someone to even greet me at the desk and I was the only one there, then the woman looked surprised and asked me what I needed as if I wasn’t there to order food/drinks. Then it took another 15 minutes to make the smoothie - it was good! Just not worth the price and a 30 minute wait when I’m the only customer. I went again today and the girl working there was so incredibly rude and non responsive when talked to. It was like we were inconveniencing her and she couldn’t figure out the change. When we told her to keep the change and put it in the tip jar, I thought she was going to cry. She again didn’t respond as if we weren’t talking to her at all and she looked mad we left a tip at all! It was so bizarre. My friend and I both were shocked at how rude she was so blatantly to us. Again, the only ones in there. I think the entire staff needs changed or retrained before I’ll go back. Everyone there looked 14 so I just don’t think they know what they’re doing....
Read moreReally a great place to get a smoothie. I have not tried the wraps yet but they have excellent vegan chocolate chip cookies as well as little bites with coconuts on them. The little bites even our packaged in a Ziploc bag which is a nice touch! It's the only place I know of that uses cherries in their smoothies because there's one called Northern Berry that I like. When I make smoothies at home I actually use cherries and I enjoy it so I was quite excited when I found this menu. They even have $1 pup cups for your doggy, LOL. I've only been there three times as I write this so I'm looking forward to trying more things on the menu. ** Update: 2/8/22 Officially addicted to this place. They have these incredibly healthy juices in the refrigerated section. They have things like apple juice, lemon juice, ginger, etc all in a wonderful blended flavor. Each one I try is delicious with the exception of the ones that have cucumber because I just simply hate cucumbers. They've also recently added the acai bowl...
