Yesterday, May 10th, I called your Copley, Ohio location, at approximately 5:30pm, to place a pick up order as a Mother's Day gift.  I was told, by the lady who answered the phone, 8:00pm was the earliest pickup time which I agreed to.  Since I live in North Carolina and my mother lives in Ohio, I sent my Stepdad to pick up the order at 8:00.  The order was under the name Karen A.  Much to my dismay, when he arrived at the restaurant, he was told they were an hour and a half behind schedule.  He wasn't able to wait in the parking lot that long so he told them he would return in a bit.  When he let me know what was going on, I remembered that the website said the restaurant closes at 9 which would put their order past closing.  I called around 8:50 and was reassured they would still be making the order it would just be ready around 9:30, instead of 8.  My mother and Stepdad returned to the restaurant around 9:00 and sat in the parking lot until 10:30!  At 10:30 a waitress came out with food that wasn't theirs.  My mother was told that they could have this food with no charge because someone else had cancelled their order and it had already been prepared. I've attached pictures below.  This food wouldn't have been worth a 10 minute wait, let alone the 5.5 hours it took from the time I ordered. I can't begin to tell you how dissatisfied I am!  First of all, a simple call to let us know the order was going to be later than anticipated could have meant we avoided wasting so much time just waiting.  Secondly, this was a Mother's day gift.  Not only did she have to go out of her way to waste hours of HER day, she didn't even get the food I ordered for her, what she wanted on Mother's Day.  I certainly hope this isn't how you would treat the mothers in your lives but unfortunately, it's how you treated my Mother.  How do I even consider spending my hard earned money at your establishment after this?  This was poor time management, poor customer service and a poor way to build client relationships.  I know we are all trying to do business a little differently these days but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. The only saving hope was they promised to send her a gift card but I'm not holding my breath. Why wouldn't they have given it to her that night?? Please do better in the future!

I was able to order online/phone my meal for Friday night. I ordered the outlaw ribeye well done with mushrooms, a baked potato and a side salad with ranch dressing. It was easy to order online. You could also add gold dust on the side (steak seasoning powder) or write in your e.t.a. if needed. Everything went well... however, my quoted time for pickup was 6pm... I know that they were busy. The line was at the door, but that just looked like a party of eight. I pulled into the designated space and called the number on the sign. First no answer... 2nd I believe that they answered and hung up on me... So, I went in... I held the door for customers to come out (6 total) and then I walked past the people standing and waiting to the cleared out bar area, that was the staging area for take out. I flagged down one waitress to assist me with my take out order at 631p.m. She pulled a manager, who barked out orders to someone else that bolted for the kitchen. I stood by the staging area and waited by other orders that was sitting on the bar... it was extremely busy... Finally, a girl passed a white plastic bag to a young man that called my name. Everything including the tip was already paid. I collected the bag from the young man and thanked him and headed for the door... it was 636pm. Wow, what a non socially distanced adventure. The food was good and I posted a picture. I usually order well done so that it will be at least medium. Today, it was well done! I was shocked. Bon appetit!

First time at a Longhorn in a loooongtime if ever. I've been meaning to try Longhorn as we always go to Texas Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse. Kyle and I originally stopped at the Outback in Fairlawn after visiting the zoo only to find out it was a 20 minute wait with the restaurant more than half empty. The seater mentioned they were short staffed, so we left and went to Longhorn because we were short on time. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly, fast and efficient. The bread was delicious and I love that there was more than enough butter! I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin and the mac n cheese with mashed potatoes for Kyle. From what I'm used to at Outback and Texas Roadhouse, the steak just didn't seem to have any flavor. About 1oz of the steak seemed to be fat and not pure meat. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant and the butter was basic, less than desirable. While service and atmosphere was absolutely excellent, the food left much to be desired. Kyle did seem to enjoy the mac n cheese/mashed potatoes and even ate them as leftovers. Our server gave us an additional full loaf of bread and butter which I absolutely devoured. I'm going to have to try the Longhorn in Belden to see if quality of food is much better, otherwise we'll stick with Outback or Texas Roadhouse when I crave a good steak!
