My experience here, was the worst I have ever have an any hotel was the worst I have ever had at any hotel!!!!!! I booked this room for a spa day for my nieces birthday. Initially the staff member at the front desk wanted to move us into another room because the previous guest had broken a cabinet in the kitchenette. He took me up to the room for me to see what he was talking about, I was able to push the piece back up into place. He only offered to discount the room by $10. When I returned to the room with my family and our belongings, that’s when we started noticing more things wrong with the room as we started to decorate. The knobs on the stove were filthy from dried up spilled food. Inside the freezer and refrigerator were spills stains. The carpet throughout the whole room look like an auto repair shop with oil stains everywhere. The bathroom did not have a trashcan. The hand towel and washcloth folded on the sink had stains on them, as well as the towel hanging in the bathroom. That evening I had to call the front desk and ask them to speak to the guest above us for continuous noise, it sounded like a herd of animals in that room, or someone fighting and running. Later that evening into the morning, you could tell there was a man walking around up there and I believe that he was trying to retaliate for me calling the front desk because every time he got up to walk he stomped extremely hard, a woke the kids up and I cannot get to sleep. Two of children slept on the pull out couch, but kept sinking in . I called the front desk for a rollaway bed. He brought it up and the kids were able to sleep comfortably on that bed. The odor in the room was so undescribable I had to go out and purchase air freshener and carpet powder so that we can breathe in a fresh odor. I have stayed in a hotel before with a kitchenette, and it was supplied with pots and pans and dishes. The front desk told me that they kept pots and pans and utensils in the office if we needed them to cook with. I went out and bought foil pans and utensils to cook the food. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, unless it has been remodeled with new furniture and carpet and possibly new staff. Upon check out, I spoke about the noise complaint, as well as a refund. It was explained to me there wasn’t much they could do and I will have to contact Expedia in regards to a refund. Expedia contacted the hotel and they wouldn’t cooperate with the representative. They kept hanging up on them. Expedia wanted to offer me a $25 refund. I declined and stated I will contact my bank and dispute the charges and submit all documentation that I have especially the pictures to back up my dispute for my refund.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The entire place smelled like cigarette and weed smoke. The carpets in the halls are heavily stained. The stair well was so packed with garbage from the guests that I had a dry heave when I walked in that entrance. I used that entrance because it was closer to my room. There were numerous garbage bags placed around the receptacle because the it was full and hadn't been emptied. The floors in the stairwell were filthy. Lastly, I saw what appeared to be a rodent trap on the stairs. Now the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by the odor. The room smelled like a combination of chicken fat and stale cigarette smoke. I only stayed one night and my clothes stunk from the odor when I unpacked them in the hotel I moved to. The kitchen stove/oven were filthy and covered in grease. Had I turned on the oven there would have been a fire from the food debris and grease in there. Those appliances werent usable. The floor in the kitchen was covered in a sticky film. The floor was filthy with stains and my feet stuck to it when I had my shoes off. The furniture was in poor condition and some pieces were damaged and missing laminate.. The bed had a plastic sheet under the fitted sheet that was in a bunch. I had to adjust it before I went to sleep. The bathroom vanity was very low to the floor. I had to bend way over to use it. The shower was in good shape and it looked like it had recently been replaced. The only reason I stayed there at all was I drove all the way from Florida to come home for a vacation. I was on the road for 16 hours and as you can imagine, I just wanted to sleep. I canceled the remaining 5 nights and asked for a refund. I was told to talk to priceline. I filed a complaint, complete with pictures and got no refund. I will be reporting this establishment to the Summit County Health Department. It is family friendly if your family enjoys smoking drugs in the parking lot. Unbelievable!

This place is a transient flop house. Stay away. I was in the area for work and the pictures are all a lie. The entire building is filthy and reeks like old smoke and funk especially in the hallways. Much of the other guests I swear are transients and were noisy and the staff couldn’t care less. Peoples dogs constantly barking, doors slamming, floors thumping, people yelling. My room like everything else, stunk to high hell and their fix was a glade plug in. Carpet was stained, chipped paint, worn out furniture, someone else’s food splatter on the kitchen wall that was clearly there for a good while. The furniture was chipped and scratched. The lights had a coat of dust. They advertised a pool but I don’t think it’s been open for years. Bags of trash just sitting in the stairwell. My wife also found someone else’s hair in the bedsheets and on the floor. So that was cool. The only good things I have to say is that the bed was ok and the location is decent. There’s plenty of hotels the area. I’d recommend those or maybe a bus station over this place.

This hotel is not a recommended establishment. I would not even allow my worst enemy to stay here, because not only did the owner of this establishment blatantly disrespected my wife and I, he kicked us out for having a conversation with the front desk attendant saying that we was being too loud and disrespecting other individuals that was staying at this location, Without even giving a warning, the gentleman that owns this establishment proceeded to kick us out and threaten to call the police with no explanation other than we were being too loud. , we paid for three days on a business trip he kicked us out was after we had already paid and then refused to give us our refund. The hotel rooms were decent other than the black mold underneath the sink and the cabinet falling apart due to water damage the TVs were nailed to the dressers and uncomfortably small beds moved freely and was not secured to the floor. Also, the beds were lumpy and worn out Past any type of comfort .. my wife and I attempted to utilize the vending machines while we attempted to do our laundry . The vending machines were unable to perform their actions by not taking our money, the fitness center was completely destroyed, ruined by all means unrepairable the owner gave no respect to individuals who choose to utilize this establishment for what it is this hotel was ran down worn out, had an ungodly smell and not only a bad smell, but the smell most likely came from the mass amount of cockroaches that we found in our room this establishment is not at all recommended to anyone that has any type of respect or morals or decency about themselves so I would greatly recommend trying to find a better location when looking for a hotel room the extended stay across the street is also owned by the same man that owns suburban studios upon being demanded to leave The owner heard us, talking about going across the street to the extended stay and decided to call and deny our attempt to go and utilize that facility. Between the dogs, consistently barking through the night, and you could hear the children all the way down the hall, being loud at all hours of the night and then we being told that we were too loud after having one single conversation with the front desk staff, and then being demanded to leave or else the police would be involved it just wasn’t a experience that I would want anyone else to have to endure on top of the fact that the entire facility is crumbling and dirty, and no one‘s taking an account for that. Oh, and the fact that we stayed one night there and got...
