Have been coming here with family members over several years to visit out of state relatives. Has been a slow and steady decline in quality.

Tonight 5/22/21 my family members noticed there was no remote to utilize with TV in room. Front desk was called and handed family members a working remote.

Went into original room tonight and could not breathe due to overpowering smell of smoke. It smelled as if I walked directly into an ashtray. This is of course in spite of multiple no smoking signs displayed on property. I voiced my concerns to front desk. She apologized and then asked if ashtray was in room. I replied no and said I could not breathe due to allergies and such.

Luckily I was switched to a different room. Smoky smell was much more subtle. I was hungry after a long trip and curious what places were open. After opening the binder in room, I saw list of area services. The pic below was not altered in any fashion.

I showed the binder to front desk personnel (same female as earlier) and requested a new binder due to written profanity. She shrugged her shoulders, gave me a look about how I didn’t need a new binder, and acted like I was being overly demanding. A gentleman (unknown if customer or associated contractor) talking w her told me I was in restaurant heaven and acted like the obscenity was not a big deal. He said if I had a phone to use Google and find places nearby to eat. He also acted like I was being ridiculous for suggesting a new binder.

Also noted how ice machine in 3rd floor was not working. The female said the one in first floor was working. Not sure if I have ever gotten such poor service in my life.

Wow is all I can say. Arrived from work around 3am. First room I was given was not cleaned, towels on floor and bed unmade. I went back to the front desk lady whom at the time was very helpful thank you to that Ms (she is where the compliments should end regarding front desk and managing staff). I woke up in the morning for work walked down and purchased another nights stay. Upon my return to shower and ready myself, I grabbed a towel and three roaches struck out! I threw towels on ground proceeded to put my clothes back on which were on the bed. As I put my hoodie on what did I find…BEDBUGS!!! I am quite livid at this point lifted the mattress and found additional bugs (I took photos and vids of all). I approached management and calmly let them know the situation and asked for a refund for today. This new front desk attended stated she would send maintenance to “check” ?? As I’m not sure what he was checking for I attempted to show the videos which she refused. I asked her just please refund me. She stated she needed to call management. She calls him and puts on speaker. As I explained the situation, he interrupted and said “since check out is at 11, they will charge me for a half day. HOW!!!??? YOU HAVE health hazard sir. He then proceeds to tell me to lower my voice and he will not refund me a dime. What a joke and scam! Highway robbery. I simply asked for the refund for that same day I jjst paid for and did NOT stay. I will be contacting the health inspector in the morning. This could have been avoided, over 60$. Shutting down and forced cleaning will cost a lot more buddy. We will be following up in the morning along with the proper authorities on site. Stay...

Its ok enough if you just need a cheap place to crash for the night. The good: The location and price were right for our needs. The front desk was friendly and check in/check out was easy. The Bad: 1st Room we were given, the dead bolt would not latch. 2nd room we were given looked like someone hung out in the room after it was cleaned. The beds were obviously sat on to watch tv, the toilet and hand towels had been used (and not flushed), the batteries from the remote were loose on the bed, and the phone cord had been cut! After finally settling into the 3rd room, we noticed the beds are full size, not queen size as most hotels use. The towels, which are advertised as "fluffy" were practically sandpaper and they only give you 2 towels for a room that sleeps up to 4. The toilets are so bad in some rooms that the front desk gave instructions on how to flush them upon check in. Our keys were deactivated after the 1st night of our 2 night stay and we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. They asked me what room and activated the keys. They did not verify my ID against their records or anything. And lastly the overall cleanliness is lacking. They obviously don't vacuum around the night stand or in hard to reach areas. There was a "dry wicking" sticker on the wall that was obviously from a pair of socks a previous guest had purchased. The bathroom floor seemed greasy and the shower grout lines could use a good scrubbing.
