Highly dissatisfied with this location. I like dairyqueen but I'll never return to this store. Missing items, horrible portion size compared to the streetsboro and brunswick locations. there was literally 12 people (i counted) crammed into the lobby waiting on mobile orders while the register employee was outside. there were tons of other workers at different stations that could have jumped in but didnt. they said my order would be done at 15 after and i arrived at 14 after. my food wasnt ready but my icecream was, and it was completely melted and the employee rolled her eyes when i told her it was melted and didnt remake it. so i through it away. then i ordered a pup cup and spent a dollar for it because i didnt have ice cream to share with her anymore and i got literally, not an exaggeration, less than 1 tablespoon of ice cream. it melted into the cracks of the cup so by the time i could give it to my dog, she licked about half a table spoon of ice cream off my finger for a dollar. i felt so bad, i promised her a pup cup and she flew in the car and was flipping out when i was carrying the cup to her, and then when she saw it she stopped wagging her tail and looked so sad, i felt awful
we ordered 2 chicken boxes and 2 individual tenders. they forgot the 2, and the ones in the box were comically small. like they were the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. each tender was maybe a third the size of the ones they have in brunswick or streetsboro. the fries were so cold they were gritty and they had no salt on them at all. how does the food take so long that my entire icecream turned to soup but the food still turned out cold to the touch?
i love dairyqueen, but this was the worst location ive...
Read moreI went through the drive thru with my friends. We ordered cheese curds and a 6 pc chicken strip basket. My friend bit into one of the cheese curds, and it was frozen solid in the middle. We went back to remake the order and was told that the issue with the cheese curds was caused by a supplier. Absolutely no accountability. How would a supplier affect how you cook items in your restaurant? While waiting for our order to be remade, we investigated the cheese curds further by smelling them. The oil they were fried in was months old, and it was apparent by the smell. Old oil is harder to get up to the correct temperature to thoroughly cook fried foods. Won't be surprised if this restaurant goes up in flames from their oil...
Read moreConsistency, if you’ve ever been to Dairy Queen before then you know what to expect--not a bad thing. A menu contains all the familiar ice cream treats you expect and burgers, fries, onion rings, hot dogs, etc. The restaurant was clean and modern. The service here could use a bit of help, more than once I’ve ordered a burger and fries with a Blizzard only to have the Blizzard come up first and my food come up 5 to 10 minutes later. DQ you can do better.
