i Fratelli Pizza Coppell — Restaurant in Coppell

If only ZERO stars were possible! What a joke! Order my fave Big Brother pizza online...ready in 15 min. Arrived on time and dude says, "tried to call you about adding jalapenos to the whole pizza." A lie, no calls at all in m call history. Now it's going to be another 8 minutes because they never started my order. Then he can't count .60 cents of change back either. Asked for a refund and dude said, "are you serious?" Good Lord! Whatever happened to great customer service! Absolutely terrible customer service by what use to be a great establishment! If you want a i Fratelli's, don't go to this location! Horrible!

I want to add that I heard from i Fratelli customer service immediately following my post and received a call from Jose (the GM). He heard and understood my poor experience. Not an easy post for me as I love the pizza, the experience and the customer service. I didn't ask for anything but Jose insisted on texting him (yes he gave me his mobile) and offering me a complimentary large Big Brother...impressive. I will always go back and hope that the all customers will experience the awesome experience we've all come to expect....

We tried this pizza on a whim, and will definitely be repeat customers now. The pizza is fantastic and they load it with toppings. The crust is chewy and crispy all at the same time. Perfect balance. We got the pizza that has artichokes and chicken. I can’t wait to try the other pies. The staff working at the time were very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, which was good for us newbies. The pizza came out quick and hot. It came with little sides of Parmesan cheese and oregano as well. Keep in mind that there is no dining room here. It’s just carry out only. I would recommend calling in ahead of time and placing your order and then picking it up. There’s just one small little bench inside to sit to wait...

Here from out of town staying at a hotel. My kiddo wanted pizza delivered for dinner. Looked up pizza near me and this place popped up with a pretty decent review. I absolutely love thin crust pizza! The fact that they do free delivery is just amazing to me! Got a free salad with our large pizza as well. The pizza was hot, the salad was tasty and the service was awesome! If you’re looking for a great Italian place with great thin crust pizza, look no further. This is your place! 5 stars for sure! Will definitely order from them next time...
