I've tried many different Tex-Mex restaurants that offer the same exact kind of food, but what keeps me coming back to this specific one is the TASTE & QUALITY. You can get fajitas & tortillas anywhere however, you can't get ROSAS' FAJITAS & TORTILLAS anywhere but here. The taste of their meat & the quality they use is immaculate, this is coming from someone who is extremely picky about meat. Whether it be chicken or beef i can personally guarantee you that their meat will always be consistently juicy, taste the same and will always have the same standard quality, that only they offer. Yes, i will admit this place can be a bit pricy so if you are in a pinch I recommend the bean & cheese burritos, or any other individual burrito or taco but here specifically I will say "you get what you pay for" rings absolutely true! Most places cheap out on their cuts of meat, but not rosas cafe. This, their tortillas & their beans are what keeps my family and I coming through the door consistently. My family and I once literally fought over who got the last bits of meat in the plate to make their taco with, as we typically get the DOUBLE MEAT FAJITA FIESTA, or just the regular FAJITA FIESTA. Besides the quality of their Ingredients, their staff is what keeps this place running and I must acknowledge them because they are the real MVPS here, without them there would be no tasty food! The staff members are always friendly and accommodating, you can even walk up where you get your order inside and the kitchen staff will also go out of their way to help you in any way they possibly can. My family and I, highly recommend ANY & ALL ROSAS CAFE locations and will continue to faithfully spend...

Flour tortillas are as Mexican as Nicki Minaj. That being said... there is nothing wrong with either especially when they are fresh.

I grew up watching tortilla making machines make tortillas, this is what Mexican mother's do, they send you to get the tortillas, tortillerias (tortilla shops) scattered around the city and it is always easy to get half a kilo of freshly cooked tortillas for your dinner. But... in Mexico we do not use sweet corn or flour for them. We use non sweet white corn from a mix called Mixtamal.

So every time you see white flour tortillas, you know the establishment is not authentic Mexican food, but more of a Tex Mex sort.

And Rosa's is that, a fantastic Tex Mex place with a decor that would please any USA tourist in Mexico. It is pleasing to the eye and as stereotypical Mexico as "Colberto Reporto Gigante." Bright colored jacket and mustache included.

The food is served fast and it is both satisfying and delicious. All the meats have a charcoal grille flavor to them, the flour tortillas are just delicious, and the salsas are decent, most are as spicy as ketchup, but the "chile de arbol" one is almost good.

We enjoy this place, my favorite are the steak nachos, or the grilled steak plate with peppers and grilled onions. My daughters like the...

My wife and I came to eat at Rosa’s because she loves the tamales and rice there. We came at 9:05pm and we tried to order 2 orders of the fajita chicken platter. The kid working the register told us they only have enough chicken for one order. And I asked why they couldn’t make more. He said “yeah we’d have to cook more and we’re almost closed so we aren’t going to.” It’s 55 minutes until close, so you’re going to refuse selling chicken to everyone else for the rest of the day? Business must be good if you’re able to turn away sales because you don’t want to cook chicken. You’re a restaurant, isn’t your whole business model predicated on you cooking food? I’m a Director of Operations for a Tex-mex chain and I would be baffled if one of my employees turned away guests because they didn’t want to cook more chicken AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. You may as well change your hours and close at 9pm then if nothing is getting cooked from 9-10pm. We will never return to that location and it will be a while before we go back to any Rosas (if that day ever comes). There’s too many other options for Tex-mex in the area where we won’t be refused food while they’re still open. Lazy and poor management at...

Rosa’s is one of our favorite local chain Mexican eatery. We especially love them on “Taco Tuesday” when they take off roughly $2 of their regular 3 taco platter which comes with 3 tacos which you can choose beef or chicken as the protein and choose hard or soft type tacos. Comes also with Mexican rice and refried beans. The drink is extra cost. Then there is the taco sauce bar that you can choose different sauces to complement your tacos. The atmosphere is typical family oriented with a lots of noise and children. Background music is Mexican themed. Kitchen service is quick but otherwise it is mostly self serve after you pick up your food at the counter. I didn’t take any pictures of our plates this visit but have included ones from previous visits. Basically non of it has changed. They also give around 2-3 freshly made flour tortillas with each meal. We have a tradition to butter them and squirt some honey into them and roll them up and eat them that way, kind of like a dessert. I call them a “poor man’s non fried sopaipilla”. Last week I feed a family of 4-5 for about $32 with 3 drinks ordered too. That’s a good bargain nowadays.

The establishment offers high-quality cuisine at competitive prices, with efficient service at the drive-thru. It is an ideal choice for a convenient meal or for those seeking an authentic Mexican dining experience.

After eating here- you will definitely feel the difference between a restaurant that is devoted to their line of work in the food industry, and a restaurant in it for a quick buck which seems to be the case with this chain. Before arriving I called first to verify they served fajitas since most of the reviews were to-go, and soft & hard shell tacos. At the time the call was picked up there was no quality standard greeting, just “hello.” Upon arriving my dad and I browsed through the menu and were sort of shock they didn’t have cheese dip, later we were even more shocked that there was no complementary chips, we should have truly left after finding out they don’t even have Mexican bottled cokes… just fountain drinks and beer. We ended up ordering the $36.00 fajita family combo expecting equal shares of beef and chicken.. wrong… definitely a much larger share of chicken than beef… 😕 I would highly recommend any other chain before I even think of this one. Genuinely dissatisfied and disappointed.
