STOMACH TROUBLES! Plus poor service! For the last THREE days I've had really really bad stomach pains and diarrhea after eating here🤢! A boy named William (tall & fair) took our order of the 16 tender family meal, which comes with 1 side + gravy. We asked for fries as our side plus my husband ordered a small mashed potatoes and gravy. We get all the way home and no fries! I turned right around to go after them. The same kid remembered the order but looked at me stupidly when I said he forgot the fries. He said my husband got a sml mashed potatoes and gravy. I agreed but said he forgot the side of fries that came with the meal. I said the order was over $28 so it was obvious it was an add-on. I told him all I wanted was my fries! I had to say this 5-6 times before he finally filled the little box w/fries. He handed it to me with fries hanging out of the box. It was my turn to look at him stupidly until he asked if I wanted it in a bag. All this time an "Assistant Manager," a short female with red hair, was leaning her hip against the food prep table with her arms crossed over her chest. Watching. NOT coming over right away with a smile to say, "I'm sorry this happened! I'll take care of it for you!" The store manager and/or franchise owner needs to do some retraining on the importance of customer service! We JUST moved to Texas and had been unpacking and were worn out. We ate at a Bush's Chicken a few cities over the day before we got here and had a wonderful experience! This is the first AND last time...
Read morecalled a order in for 12pc gizzard. went to pick it up and waited literally an hour. the only reason I waited was to see what they were going to do. lady came out asked if she could help us when we got there. when I told her I was there to pick up an order she said they were getting it ready. 2 other employees came out asked if I been help I told them yes waiting on my order. when the other cars were getting the food before me after I called mine in was a red flag. I asked an employee where my order was. he came back and said it was going to be a 10 min wait on an order of gizzards. I told him I placed an order and been waiting on an my order. then another employee came out said that when somone calls an order in and don't pick it up after 30 mins they use it to fill other orders (that's gross). I told her I've been here and I've asked several employees for my order. well I finally got my order from a different employee literally an hour later. got charged for it and the manager was worried more about closing the registers. I saw her right through the window talking pulling out the registers talking to a employee with headphones on....
Read moreI got a 3 piece dark meat with a side and a drink with buffalo fries and was told my total was 25 and some change. When I got home I wasn’t given the right meat and when calling to double check the total since I was in a rush home to fed and change my baby they told me it would be 21 and and some change. The dude who took my order waited for my money before even giving me the total and when I gave the right amount came back and told me it was more. When I asked for the receipt I wasn’t given one and while staying polite and smiling to them the dude was snappy and rude to me. I get having a bad day cause I work open to closing hours in food service myself but always keep polite and do as the costumer asks to put them at ease and make an actual tip and not just steal money from them and lie about the total and keep them from getting what they wanted without telling them we don’t have it and communicate. I don’t know what’s up with bushes now but honesty and common decency would be nice to be given when ordering food.
