Just left this sports bar after looking for a place to eat while in the area. The menu looked good and the place looked nice so we stopped here. It was after we placed our orders when the problems started. 2 people ordered chicken wraps and asked if they came with fries. The Waiter said no its just the wrap so we ordered a side of wedges. Well when the food came, each one came with fries so we ordered a side of wedges for no reason. Further, when the server came to bring our food, not only did she not speak any English, but she didn't know what she was bringing out or who it belonged to and brought us a burger we didn't ask for. This part is a ringer. It's a sports bar. A nearby asked if they could change the channel to an MLB game. Well they changed the channel and on the screen it showed they didn't have a subscription to the sports package. Isn't That part of the reason for having a sports bar? For people to watch sports on the big screen while eating their food? The food was mediocre. Everyone's chicken was burnt The tenders were too hard. The coke was flat. We had to ask for things multiple times. Finally, when it was time to get the check, we couldn't get it a printed copy because the waiter could only walk around and show us on his tablet. Fine. We decided to split it 3 ways to make it easier. Here is the kicker. The waiter split it in front of us on his tablet and charged one card right. But then he charged another card with two of the splits and couldn't refund the charge back. At this point I decided to walk out so that I wouldn't erupt on the staff. But overall this was a horrible horrible experience and we all agreed to never come back here again. It's unfortunate it's such a nice looking sports bar but it's not ready for what it's...
Read moreWe arrived at this place early to watch the football game! The air was not at a good temperature and it was stuffy so we asked for them to please turn it on. We were excited to visit this venue for first time, when we got there, the entire area including the bar was pretty empty, but it was still quite early so we thought we could walk around the area for a while. The waitress asked us to please come back later, so we came back to watch the dolphins before the start of the game! We placed our order of food and soft drinks The waitress had mentioned to us since we sat on a six high top table and we were only a party of 2, we might have time share our table, if necessary and we agreed. We were at the beginning of the second quarter of the game and we were told by the waitress they needed our table . We then said what do we do now we leave or what she finally said she would move us to another table with a bad view, because she needed us to move immediate. We then reminded her that was not what she had told us originally when we first sat down. We insisted on not having to leave and we had agreed to share, but the manager came over in front of everyone and told us just to leave. The table next to us said to us wow that is rude.that we can share as we agreed, but then came manager and told us just leave. We were so embarrassed and humiliated so we left during the second quarter. What a bad management and service that place has, will never come...
Read moreI took my wife for a quick lunch since she only had an hour break and I decided to take her to this place,I have to say I give them 2 stars since the place was clean and was nicely decorated , we walked in and we tried to sit by the bar but unfortunately the bar was impossible to eat at because the bar was either to high or the chair to small it was extremely uncomfortable, we moved to a table and the waiters not very friendly approached us and since my wife is a vegetarian she went with a Greek salad without cheese, since the picture on the wall outside looks really good, biggest disappointment ever that Greek salad is anything but Greek salad and the server came dropped the drinks and the food and never came back to check on us not even once to the point where we had to get up and ask for the check since my wife needed to go back to work. That added to the fact that it was an empty restaurant we were the only customers ,any ways I decided to write this review maybe Fernando the owner I believe that is his name will see it and learn how to make a proper Greek salad. 1 hothouse cucumber, unpeeled, seeded, and sliced 1/4-inch thick 1 red bell pepper, large-diced 1 yellow bell pepper, large-diced 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved 1/2 red onion, sliced in half-rounds 1/2 pound feta cheese, 1/2-inch diced (not crumbled) 1/2 cup calamata olives, pitted, Mix all together and a great...
