HOOOORRIFIC!! I visited this Denny's this morning at 5:30 am and had a full breakfast, paid $20 which included a 20% tip. The girl working the night shift was great. I finished my breakfast and informed her that my key wasnt working at my hotel room right up the road and if she didnt mind, i would like to sip my water and coffee and wait until I could get in at my hotel. She said that would be no problem. There was nobody in the restaurant except maybe one or two other tables. I asked if she had anywhere that i could charge my phone, she pointed out the plug in the very back corner so i moved with my coffee and water to that literally hidden booth, plugged in my phone and waited. I accidentally dozed off for a second. The morning waitress, the younger one came and slammed on the table a bunch of time really loudly and told me i had to leave, I cant sleep in there. I advised i was a paying customer and that i had just had breakfast and the girl on the nightshift was fully away of everything. She said i dont care, you have to leave, i have some customers coming in. I said the restaurant is literally empty, she said, I don't care, I have customers that come in and sit at that specific table. You have to leave. Bye Mam. I told the older waitress working this moning shift what had just happened and she just stared at me and shook her head. That is the rudest, most obnoxious, lowlife way to handle a paying customer!!! Read moreOrder was wrong by only a slight thing (toast instead of an English muffin) but not even my biggest problem. Order was ready when I got there which was awesome. Grabbed it and took off, ready to munch down with the girlfriend after a long night of us working. I was ready to zoom back home when she asked me if I got ranch. I went back inside and waited by the stand. It's late and the place is dead. Three tired employees are at the front. I can tell shift change is coming by the dead looks in their eyes and the tasks at hand. Mopping and sweeping, one was filling up something and the other... I couldn't tell to be honest. The manager had grabbed my order originally and I was bummed he was not in sight but waited. Waited some more. Had enough time for each server individually meet awkward eye contact and fake a smile which I faked right back, but still I was gonna need to wait some more. It wasn't until I was looking at an empty restaurant did I finally lose my patience and storm back to the car to angrily tell my woman to go get her own ranch (and my sour cream please) but I was done waiting having started my lovely lady time and not feeling well and really didn't want to lose it on someone tonight and cause more than necessary drama with my new found anger. Read moreThis is Not a review' This is simply what happened on Sunday evening 03/04/2018; Our family decided to eat at this location for the first time in six years after the locations refit/remodeled., we ordered and specified to our waitress to eliminate one item from each order and she confirmed the order' later we our order arrives with the items we requested to be eliminated. I decided to eat my burger anyway as it would not have killed me to do so with the item I requested to be eliminated. The other order was not touched as the burger arrived open displaying the souse that was requested to be eliminated.. That was returned and a chicken noddle soup was requested instead. Well the chicken noddle soup arrived by the time I finished my burger except the chicken in the chicken noddle soup was RAW/uncooked! So as confirmed by the waitress that actually checked that the chicken was uncooked; we decided to call it a night of ordering; the waitress stated she would remove the charge of the two meals/orders from the bill. Well at pay time the two orders were not removed as my bill was closed out by the same waitress that confirmed the two errors and stated at our both '' I don't know whats wrong with our cook' I am not asking anyone not to visit this denny's nor am I saying the service is bad or the food is BAD! my point is the manager and or owner should have not charged me at all after admitting the two errors from the cook! unprofessional and BAD BUSINESS. and I tipped...
