Disorganized, slow & rude. No understanding how to serve a customer. I waited 20 minutes on line (it was a busy Saturday morning - no problem). They ask your name, order, then go pay (again tell them your name), they give you empty cups to get a drink...The food (two sliced and toasted bagels) is still not ready. After a few minutes I go back to the counter and cashier and ask for my breakfast. They tell me they called my name, I did not answer... Well, I heard them call Marcia, but my name is Marsha, I do not respond to Marcia. OK, you may say "my fault", I explain to them I was expecting to be called by "my name". I did not get my food, please just give me my bagels. And here it starts.... The man in his 60's behind the counter asks his help where is my order. The help tells him, they called me, went around, and since nobody claimed the food, they "threw it out"!!!! At this point the man who is most likely a manager or maybe even an owner of this shop offers to give me my money back. I tell him I am hungry, most importantly my husband is hungry and after waiting for 30 minutes we want to eat. I am getting upset, as you can imagine, and he insists on giving me my money back. I tell him I would like my order, while he proceeds to serve the next person on line totally ignoring me. I am appalled and getting irritated, so he threatens to CALL THE POLICE ! At this point my husband intervenes. He knows it takes A LOT to get me really upset, so he takes over. Turns out, they just ran out of the pampernickel bagels, that I ordered, so instead of offering something else, this idiot manager was trying to get rid of me by giving me my money back. Read moreWhoever was working the register today in the Coral Springs location was literally giving me a hard time because I asked for whipped cream on my caramel latte because apparently having whip cream on a hot drink doesn’t make sense to him. He said something along the lines that it was going to take away from the latte and I was like I have this drink everyday with whip cream it’ll be okay and I’m even pretty sure on the menu it’s suppose to come with it… then I told him you don’t even have to put the lid on it because I’m going to add sweetener to the drink and I also didn’t want it to push the whip cream down or get stuck all on the lid but of course he started arguing to me about that! He was like I’m going to lose my job if I don’t and “I have to” so he proceeded to press the lid down so hard trying to fit it over the whip cream because he refused to hand me the drink so my adult self could walk it over to the Splenda section to put Splenda in it. I’ve never had an issue like this or have been argued with by an employee about handing me a drink without the lid on it so I can add more sweetener to it. Also because he didn’t listen to what I asked when I went to take the kid off ALL the whip cream was stuck to the top of the lid 🙄 and I mean all of it.. I was literally so annoyed over something so stupid because some kid was arguing with me about asking for whip cream basically making me feel stupid for putting it on a hot drink and then also requesting to not put the lid on it to just hand it to me. I feel like every time I go to this location specifically there’s always an issue so I think I’m just done with it which sucks because it’s the closest one to me. Read moreI WAS a loyal daily customer for over a year until today. Even after there being problems almost every other day I've never let it bother me & have still been extremely kind to the staff tipping daily as well. Today I go in at 625 after ordering on the app at 6am like I've done for over a year now. When I walk In I saw over 5 people in line & no order ready so I asked Alex about my order. He responded with an Attitude saying who are you & I haven't made anything yet so You're going to have to wait. I told him I ordered at 6am and shouldn't have to wait for all those walks ins. Alex then told me if I don't want to wait go to Dunkin nigha" & after persistently waiting for my food saying I'm not going anywhere where is Emile the store manager while you're treating me like this? He then told me to get out of his store before I see the "real side of him". After 35min of waiting and him serving every single person that was after me he slapped mashed bagels and burnt eggs unwrapped in my bag on the counter. I've reached out to Emile the manager while all this was happening because this location is Always something, ALWAYS. He Asked me to pass Alex the phone (wasn't going to happen) so then he preceeded to tell me he was going to call him and tell him to make my food. I was told Alex is from a other location so what Kind of people does einsteins have working for them? I've forgiven so many errors and wrong orders & been the sweetest person to the staff That I GENUINELY LOVED up until ALEX disrespected me, threatened me, & tried to kick me out of the store that I've been loyal to for over a year and NEVER AGAIN.
