I LOVE Laspadas, and have loved them for many many many years. Most of the time they are 100% and the greatest sandwich spot in south Florida... However, when they fail they fail miserably... I order the same 2-3 subs with the same toppings and I even tip at least 15% for my online order that I pick up, and they still mess up my order I'd say 25% of the time... I'd tip more if my orders came out right more... It's so frustrating and I wish they were more consistent. I bet if you were able to adjust the tip after the order is picked up the orders may be made correctly more often and I wouldn't have to leave my favorite sub shop a bad review, but I'm ordering from them more, so more and more of my orders have been messed up in some way... PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER, PLEASE!!!! I Really do...

I once got home with my order, and found that they put the wrong sub in with my order, and since it was too far to go back, they offered me a free sub, on my next visit, which they honored. They care about their customers,...
Read moreLove Laspadas but today was an exception. Not the food but the service. The person who answered the phone to take our order was incredibly rude. I was trying to make levity of the situation and ask if they were ok. I had to ask to speak to a manager and that didn’t go much better. I know everyone has their days however, there’s no excuse for treating paying customers in this manner. This is not the culture of Laspada’s that I’m accustomed to but I’m not gonna throw the baby out with the bath water. It is my hope that upper management can assist with basic customer service skills that may help rather than frustrate your source of income. I hope those employees find peace, it was obvious there was something more than a busy store to deflect...
