This is my 1st time at this Starbucks I had my toddler with me I saw a Snowman cookie that my daughter would love. There was a blue color and a red color I ordered a blue snowman cookie, a pumpkin loaf and a hot soy pumpkin spice latte. While I was ordering the barista helping me was completely distracted by her co-workers I had to repeat my order twice. There was a barista next to me stocking gift cards and 3 baristas behind the counter including the one helping me. The two baristas behind the counter were not helping the other customers behind me. One of them had clipboard and seemed to be the supervisor or manager the other barista was just standing there. The barista that was taking my order took her phone out and took a picture of her co-worker that was standing next to me stocking gift cards. She was showing all her co-workers the picture that she just took this all happened at the same time that shes taking my order. I couldn't believe this was happening it was extremely unprofessional and the barista clearly didn't care about the customer. While I was waiting for my drink and food I was watching the barista that handled my order if she was going to get my food but she didn't she took another customers order then she started making that customers cold drink and stayed in the blending machine station. I wIas really bothered with this so I asked one of the other baristas if she can get my snowman cookie and pumpkin loaf the barista proceeded to get my food and took out a red snowman cookie instead of the blue one so I corrected her and said I wanted the blue snowman and I've already told the other barista that was taking my order and I had to repeat myself twice to her but she apparently didn't care what I specifically wanted because she didn't grab it after my transaction. I finally got my food and the barista that took over the register area was prompt and kind. The other barista hanging out at drink station that previously took my order made my drink after the customer that was behind me in line when I was ordering I guess because hers was a cold drink and mine was hot??? When my drink was ready the barista apologized for what happened earlier I was happy she at least apologized but upset that she was not attentive and acted in an unprofessional manner it ruined my whole experience at this...
Read moreSo, the good about this location is that it has a great layout and a nice aesthetic to it and they always get my order correct. The negatives are that this location is always dirty and the service is obscenely slow!!!! The tables are sticky and the outdoor furniture could use a refresh. I've done several mobile orders here and half the time I'm still waiting for my order after I arrive. It doesn't matter the size of the order- 1 drink or 3, it's still slow. The last time I went, I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast pastries. I drove 12 minutes from my house to pick it up and I didn't get my order until 35 minutes after I got there. I had to ask a worker about my order status and only then did it my order get worked on. In their defense, this place is morbidly understaffed. There's 1 barista, 1 one the register, and 1 covering the food part. I ordered a latte cold & I never 👎🏽 received the drink I stood waiting over 20mins before I even said anything. When I approached the cashier to ask her what's the status of my order she stated oh! Our name printer is not working . That's still no excuse of y I haven't received my beverage. She didn't have a clue of what was going on or tried to find out what's going on . The whole team needs more training on proactive, effective communication skills etc . And when I asked for a supervisor she stated that she was & you're in leadership Starbucks needs to really evaluate the workers at this location seriously because everyone worked their especially the young lady that was preparing the drinks where pick up was .
